Random Fail: First World Problems

After my walk to the train Friday night I compounded the fails. Got way more drunk than I had in a very long time, got home at 3:30 and dropped my phone on the stoop cracking the screen. Had to wake up the next day to drive an hour 40 minutes to a home inspection where the water was not turned on yet. Then an hour 40 minutes back all completely hung over. Wife was borderline vomiting by the time we got home.

6 or so hours, 3.5 of them in a car, without access to a toilet after a night of heavy drinking is fucking terrible. And top it off with a broken phone.

Ours sprung a leak at some point so just winds up creating a giant block of ice in the grind trigger and thus becomes impossible to use. Thus, back to being plebs with ice trays.

So go to Costco and forget an item after we get to register bleh. I go with my dad because heck free transport for the food and means I don't have to renew my card and he gets someone to lift stuff when his shoulder is bad and 2% back on my purchases as well because he has the executive card. Go to ring up and cashier makes a huge deal out 2 people being rung up on same Costco card says it's always been that way. We tell him no one has ever mentioned it in the past like 5 years he claims that we must have always gotten new people everytime... mind you we definitely got regulars we knew and HE IS A NEW GUY there. So now I got the inconvenience of having to pay my dad back AND I lost out on 2% cash back from using my credit card. Also the douche bag looked like a stereotypical hipster

We have a guy like that. Except they were always huge and sticky. He also eats a ton and it's all fast food and low tier fast food that so makes sense.

Meanwhile post cheat days are the only time I poop more than once a day. Then it's all trying to get out, readjust then get more out lol.

Wife had a kitchen fire today. Microwave toasted. Very scary. Flames almost hit the ceiling. My mind blanked. We and the cats are safe. Any suggestions on cleaning that black? I've read TSP cleaner.

Oh shit I'm just glad everyone is ok!

We had a kitchen fire last year due to paper grocery bags on the stove and a burger getting turned off n by accident.

How bad is the area burned - you may want to contact your insurance too first.

It's not bad enough for insurance. It's just that smoke blast that colors the walls and ceiling splattered dark color. Nothing was really burned except the number pad on the oven and even that's fine. We had planned on painting anyways so I guess that just speeds things up a tad!
