Not going to continue to shit up the thread. You know just as well as I do that your diet does play a major role in controlling your symptoms, you just don't have the will power to stick to eating "right." That, or you're lying about quite a few things.

idk dick about crohn's disease, but 5 minutes on google tells me no set diet is ideal and it varies from person to person on what foods will make things better or worse in regards to it.


Also, nowhere does it say if you make dried out pasta, don't reheat it in the microwave.

Not quite convinced my digestive system won't give up and shit the bed some day though.

I like reheated pasta because if the sauce doesn't cover the pasta properly, sometimes the pasta can be semi hard and I like that. Gives me something to chew on.
