Is this your first home? Most wait 4-5 before upgrading. I guess it depends on the equity you've gotten so far.
Yeah I know that all too well. Brother is in your biz and my dad is a real estate agent now that he's retired lol. He's alllllllll for showing me stuff.
Was thinking about working on getting a second house going in another state but now it looks like we're going to sell and upgrade to the big one or build it.
Came to the realization I have massive social anxiety. Makes my work so difficult it's almost disabling. Dealt with major depression for 10 years, get that under control only for this to jump to the surface. Feels like I'm playing Whack-a-mole with mental issues.
Put it in the oven in the cast iron at 375. Can preheat the pan if you'd like as well.
This is the reason my wife and I are stressing over this shit now. Markets have less houses for sale with the same number of buyers. Mortgage rates are fairly low. It's just going to get worse from here.
I don't get extra thick bacon, but we never have issues using our cast iron for bacon. The pan has been seasoned in the right manner?
An uneven oven shouldn't matter for a cast iron. Like Kalmado said, preheat it.
I used to be the same a long time ago. I took theater arts and public speaking in school, and it helped. I've gotten to the point where I've had meetings that had to speak for 5-10mins in front on over a hundred people and it's no problem. I've also had alot of jobs where I've had to speak to a ton of people a day (Bouncer, door man, deli manager, In home repairs like time Warner and Samsung, etc...)
It's gets better.
Sitting at the post office waiting to pick up a package. Four windows open and only one doing pickups and they've been trying to find this persons package for fifteen plus minutes now.
Internet went down in office at worst possible busiest day, we've all been dead in the water since 3:30pm in California and home office is in Plano , TX so we are just sitting here waiting.
On the plus side I'm getting paid for just typing up training notes for myself in the meantime lol.
Same. I took a Public Speaking and an Improv Comedy course. They both helped out tremendously due to the nature of my job where I have to constantly testify in court, interview/interrogate victims and subjects, and provide briefings to high value officials at the pentagon.
I strongly recommend it. I remember everyone in those classes being as nervous as I was so there was never a holier than thou attitude to those who struggled.
Holy fucking shit quickbooks just used some kind next level autism on me.
So go to enter a bunch of invoices today. Works fine. Go to enter payment on one of them... and it says it's already paid which makes no sense considering until a few minutes earlier it had zero balance on it so you couldn't even apply a payment to it.
So look into it more and for some ridiculously weird reason it took the payment for another invoice that was entered a week ago switched it to this one and then switched the amounts on the invoice so they would match... and then wouldn't let me change it. Like my mind is full of such wtf right now.
