"might be" leads me to believe there was very little discussion. communication is rule #1 in relationships. good luck with future endeavors.

Probably a girl that wanted to try it for fun and had plans to surprise her boyfriend later on
Guess it won't happen!
Never stick your dick in crazy, or you'll end up supporting a family you'll never be a part of.
comcast completely shitting the bed today all across IN/IL, on and off since last night with frequent reassurances that it will be fixed by X oclock passing
Comcast tells you whatever they have to tell you to get you off the line. I had a tech scheduled for a 10am appointment, when he was 45 minutes late I called them. They kept assuring me the technician would be there at 10am, no matter how many different ways I tried explaining to them it was almost 11am.
It may not have been 10am quite yet in india..... About ten years ago I had a nasty outage, called, was told it was area wide, would be up in morning. Next morning not up, told it will be up in the afternoon. Call them that night when I got home from work, was told outage, what outage? Everything looks good on our end. Called again the following morning and they admitted they accidently nuked all of a specific cable modem with an update when I had the outage and that I had to bring the box in to be replaced.
My girlfriend, who happened to be my best friend before we got together, has been having lesbian feelings for a while. We've been thinking she might be pregnant, so we talked about what would happen if she was pregnant and the idea of marriage got brought up. She freaked out and admitted to me that she finds women more attractive than men.
Me being her best friend and her boyfriend, I broke up with her so she could explore these feelings and see if they are valid. I couldn't in good conscience force her to be with me, so I asked if she wanted to be with me. She said no and that she didn't want to hurt me and was trying to suppress how she felt about women.
So we ended it and I left the door open saying if she discovers that these feelings aren't real, then we could maybe try it again. Other than that, she has to wait a few weeks to take the pregnancy test and we'll figure it from there.
She has my full support and I don't have any bad feelings about it, break ups just suck.
That sounds better than I anticipated.
Not sure the odds are very good on the feelings "not being real" though. But I'm not a lesbian so idk.
Dunno, sexuality can be very confusing. I myself don't enjoy having sex (with men, never tried it with women because I never had a relationship with a woman that lasted for any real amount of time). I don't fancy the risks of pregnancy involved (never want kids, ever, hate em) or even enjoy the act itself enough to screw around with birth control methods or do it very often. I'm also openly attracted to women over men. But that doesn't mean I consider myself a lesbian. I still enjoy having relationships with men. But as you might conclude, my hangups and issues with sex don't make me a very popular person for men to have a relationship with. Still, I've not met a woman I would really want to have a relationship with, either (personally, that is - there are some famous-er people I imagine I would be perfectly happy with...)
So yeah, a girl thinking she might be a lesbian isn't always clear-cut. I'm way more attracted to females than males (and by way more I mean women: 1 men: 0) but I'm not really sure I could have a relationship with a girl like I do with guys...maybe if it was the exact right person but how often do they come along?
Not really trying to offer advice or anything, just rambling >_>
fair enough, I definitely have a narrow view based on experience.
that's interesting though. my narrow mindset would have thought everybody has it figured out by a certain time but clearly that's not the case
Yeah it sucked, but there isn't anything I can really do. All I can do is just accept it, as fighting about it would make both of us feel worse. She loves me, the sex is amazing for both of us, we're both passionate about each other, she finds me attractive, and trust each other. She's my best friend, we tried it, it didn't work out, and now we're back to being friends.
It was honestly a great relationship, but the only way that we could have stayed together if I let her chase after other women. While my penis did throw in a good argument about that possibility, I don't think I could have handled it.
I really don't want to sound like a dick, but you might need to start changing your attitude about relationships if you are going to keep making babies with various women.
Even unintended, you don't seem to be taking the situation seriously considering you might have to now juggle two kids from two different women. I don't doubt you'll try and do your best, but ya...
You just are making everything sound nonchalant without even bringing it up as an issue at all. like a "hey it didn't work out, oh well!" is great if there are no strings attached, but a baby is a pretty huge string.
You say letting her go is the right thing to do, is it for the kid?
But as you say you don't know yet. So I could be jumping the gun or w/e. I just don't have the mind of a guy I guess.
I think its strange how disconnected it looks from our point of view, but it sure is nice to see someone with a completely different outlook on relationships than everything I see plastered on my facebook wall.
I am not worried about it because what the hell would be the point? I get worried, she gets worried, we're both worried for two weeks. We talk some more, feelings get hurt, people say things they don't mean; and the relationship I have with my best friend turns sour. I feel it's best that I let her go, even as much I don't want to, and trust me; I don't. Am I hurt and heartbroken? Yes. Although, letting her go and be happy is much better than trying to force her into a relationship she doesn't want to be a part of anymore. I know for a fact that my son is a lot happier when my wife and I split. Kids pick up on shit pretty easy and it doesn't take long for them to see that the love their parents have is just a facade.
I understand that sexuality can be a confusing thing, and for me to pile on more problems and guilt isn't right at all. She deserves some time to figure things out, so out of love and respect for her, I'm giving it. As I've said, she's my best friend and I want to keep her in my life. We're going to deal with the pregnancy issue as it comes up, but that doesn't mean we haven't talked about what we're going to do if it is true.
