Did you swipe right and wind up as a match?
So my brake lights on my truck are out and I made an appointment at the service center to get them fixed. (Not the bulbs and not the fuses, already checked.) So this morning I head out extra early so I can get to the dealership and then to work on time, and then my truck decides, "Nope, not gonna start troloooolololololol"

Eventually it does start and I get to the service center and they give me a loaner vehicle - a 2014 Chevy Silverado with like 774 miles on it. It's beauuuuuuutiful and I want it but

Smart marketing. You're taking your busted-ass, not-new vehicle in to get it fixed, you're thinking what a pain in the ass it is, how inconvenient, and then they give you this brand new vehicle to test drive for the next day or so. I bet they sell a bunch of those.
Random fail? I'm totally falling for it ... except for the fact that I know that vehicle costs something like 40 grand and the payment is at least twice what I pay now. So I'm feeling a whole lot of "wish I could have..."![]()
Well I'll enjoy it while it lasts, I guess.
Hitting this god damn button instead of "Up One Level"

Friend talked to bouncer guy, said she's definitely been working her shifts so my buddy hung around until she came in. Told me she went pale when she saw him, and when he confronted her she made a scene and claimed said he was trying to attack her. Luckily bouncer bro knew what's up and saved my friend an ass whipping(no training in the world will prepare you to deal with 5+ 300+ bouncers mauling you). After the shenanigans were over, she confessed to taking the cat as "payment" for not tipping after fucking her and wasn't fired lol and to be honest she has a fantastic rack and can see why keeping her around made sense revenue wise. Cat has been traded for really shitty coke, and will probably never be seen again. RIP overly expensive coke mule cat.
dafuqqqqqqq he should press charges
He's my friend and all but I'm not gonna baby him through the situation, you don't fuck up and bring home hookers/strippers.
Told my Doctors to fuck off today.
In the last week they have told me that this Bell's Palsy is most likely permanent atleast 5 times a day. I've been depressed enough with not being able to smile properly, blink properly, eat, or even get a good nights sleep because of this and to constantly hear that is making want to punch her in her cancerously cunting face.
Really does sound like the plot of a Reno 911 episode. I can just picture Officer Dangle now leading the drug bust/cat rescue operation at the strip club while Trudy goes undercover as "the new girl" and Garcia & Jones spend several days on a "stakeout".
Trying to get rid of my couch because HUGE COUCH IS HUGE.
Sanitation would take it but I'd have to put it out on the curb and I can't carry it myself.
Donations places don't want it because I have cats (can't guarantee the person they donate it to isn't allergic + the back of one piece has some small cat claw marks on it).
Junk removal places want to charge like $200+ to remove it.
I would love to just go on craigslist and be like "TAKE THIS COUCH PLEASE FOR FREE". But I don't want random shitheads coming into my apt especially with my daughter there.
Maybe I should just take a hatchet to it or something rofl, idk ;; someone take my couch plz. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
Or have your daughter over at her grandma's house for the day or something, I know my kids used to love going to hang out with Grandpa.
We had a fold-out couch once where the inner mechanisms were all metal. You could kind of push it around on the carpet, but it was seriously the heaviest motherfucking couch I'd ever touched. So of course, when it comes time to get rid of it, I'm the only able bodied person conveniently around. I clear out our deck so I have room to push it out there, flip it on its back so the metal wouldn't tear up the wooden rails, then push the fucker over the edge just to watch it put a small crater in the yard. So I can sympathize on the heavy couch issue. D:
You're married, put your hubby to work lol. If all you need to do is take it to the curb, get him or his friends to do it.......... that's what friends are there for, a case of beer can go a long way!
Another suggestion that you might of not thought of; Do a search for the Freecycle group in your area. You can offer it there and warn "This is in a house with cats so if you're allergic to cats, don't apply". We've never had a problem with people from Freecycle. ^^
Of course, if you're paranoid, don't meet whomever at home! Meet somewhere neutral.
