If it's been more than 10 days and it hasn't been delivered you can(and should) file an item not received case. You're likely about to get scammed.

Paypay/Ebay actually now give you 45 days to start a dispute and then 20 days after that to elevate it into a claim for refund. I plan to file the dispute on the 14th which is one month from the day of shipment and 37 days after payment, so I should be OK. I actually today received a letter that I have to fax back to the USPS to confirm that the item wasn't received, so I'm assuming he started some kind of inquiry on his end.

Received an entire 40' container of product from my supplier in China today. Every fucking pallet is covered in mold. A good 20% of the material is going right into the garbage.

Can't wait to deal with these shifty fucks in getting reimbursed for the amount of time my warehouse guy needs to spend bleaching the fucking pallets and re-stacking all this shit. Not even counting the material that's getting scrapped.

I work for a pallet manufacturer, we shipped out a load of new pallets to a customer(New pallets shipped from our dock have a maximum of 25% moisture) which they let sit in their yard for a good 6 weeks before opening the trailer, and this was in the midst of summer lol. I have never in my life seen so much mold like EVER. They had the truck returned to us, a 53' trailer, from front to back and top to bottom COVERED in mold. In all honesty it looked like some sort of massive spider colony that had been left to manifest for years and years.

We took pics, I'm sure I can find them amongst my archived emails. Needless to say the entire load and trailer had to be scrapped lol, some jackass in the front office actually wanted us to unload the trailer, there was no salvaging anything though

Sorry we aren't trying hard enough because we can't compete with Chinese labor. We own the largest low voltage cabling plant in the United States and we're still privately owned. When you provide jobs for over 400 American people come talk to me Hey. Until then you can go fuck yourself.

You'll have as much of a chance being successful at that as we would be cutting 18% from our overhead.


@Aragon of Odin... That's bad. This shit was musty mold, barely visible aside from it looking like dust. You could feel it in the cardboard boxes and everything though lol. I had my guys cut open 4 - 5 pallets to see what was salvageable and what wasn't. Each wrapped pallet was like its own little mold bomb once you cut the spring wrap.

We stopped after the first couple and will do it Monday when I can bring in a couple temps to help out. Need to open everything outside and we have like 0 space outside the building to do this lol. Should be a fun Monday, good thing I won't be there muahahaha.

On topic.. Been without a stove since 2 Monday ago now. Fire in the apartment connecting to my back wall and they had to cut out dry wall to get access to dry out some of the water damage that got there from putting it out.
This is making things more difficult as far as food prepping goes. I used my stove quite a bit for my meals...

The idea of prison is generally to protect society from dangerous people. Forcing them to work doesn't help you reach that goal. Forcing someone into something isn't necessarily a bad thing. For example, we force people to pay taxes. The good from this far outweighs the harm, so it's perfectly acceptable. The "good" of making private prison owners rich does not outweigh anything.

I never did reverse my argument. I've always stated they should work on their debts. But feel free to continue your internet crusade. If you are so concerned about the plights of murderer's, thieves, drug dealers, rapists, etc contact your local county jail and ask what you need to do for volunteer programs. Until you are actually doing something besides your petty internet crusade about inmate rights, you can kindly shut the fuck up.

That said, I would hardly consider doing work to get days off your sentence slave labor. Hell most of them would do work without that perk just to get time out of their cells. But what do you know. All you can do is find something you don't like and rail against it on the internet.

Back on topic, first world problem. Found out one of the housing units has a lice outbreak, so I'm going to have to avoid that house for the next few weeks while they get everyone moved out and decontaminated.
