Sprint was terrible. Is terrible. And will forever be terrible. I will go with any provider, including a wall mounted corded phone provided by comcast, before ever touching sprint again. Fuck.

Yeah sprints pretty bad. My co-worker finally decided to swap when call failed 3x in a row trying to get 911.

That.... Should not have happened, and that's probably a issue with 911 in your area more than sprint.

911 calls are supposed to goto the closest tower, and doesn't matter who owns the tower. So if you call 911 from a sprint phone and a Verizon tower is closer than the Verizon tower is supposed to accept the call.

Isnt that why every cell bill has an emergency line fee? I pay something like 90 cents on every bill for something like that.

Everyone seems to have missed this, but I am sorry for your loss. Drugs are terrible and it's heartbreaking what they do to people.

Well if youre going to compare alcohol to herioin might as well include asprin. Dont be so ... Whatever it is your being. Alcohol affects some people horribly and alcoholism is a problem but its hardly heroin and you know that.

Just tonight (last night, fkn insomniac) I was sitting on the kitchen floor with a friend talking about our boy who passed a few years ago, she had so many fond memories. It will always suck the way they go, however it may be but at least remembering the good in people is easy.

this is not correct, the tower and the phone still have to be talking on the same frequency, sprint and verizon do not use the same bands

this is why sprint sucks balls

RE: Heroin/Opioid deaths.

If you know of people who are on high levels of opioids/heroin; someone who is on a frequently changing opioid regimen; someone taking opioids with children at home.

I suggest having Nalaxone (Narcan/ That new FDA thing...Ezio or something similar) on your person or at home.

Nalaxone is an antidote to heroin/opioid overdose. Whatever you think about drug users, or particular drugs:
A person can only change/get better if they are still alive.

Alot of police responders are now being asked to carry Nalaxone, especially in areas particularly effected by the opioid epidemic. JMC, are ye stocking it yet?
