When someone did this to my neighbor, he just parked behind the guy and blocked him in.

My personal spot had a poorly visible number so I used to have people (guests, mostly) parked there all the time. I'd sit there and lay on the horn until they came out and moved their car. I got the leasing office to repaint the number and I haven't had the problem since.

Vacationing in Bali for a week, arrived in the middle of big Hindu holiday, all the good local restaurants are closed for 2-3 days and only the tourist traps are open. Q.Q

Speaking of parking fails. I was over an hour late for work today because a septic system pump truck decided to park in the middle of the road in front of my driveway to pump out the septic tank of the house across the street. I'm not quite sure what made him believe it was ok to completely block a neighborhood arterial, but he did it. When I asked him to move he told me he was not going to disconnect his hoses and spend 30 minutes moving the truck for one person's inconvenience. Yeah...that didn't go well. I didn't want to touch anything on the truck because other people's shit, so I called the number on the side of his truck. While I was on hold on the phone, Tigard police rolled up and told him to move his truck. Even after the police told him to move, it took 45 minutes before I could finally get out of my driveway because the cop parked in my driveway and proceeded to lecture the shit truck driver. It's a good thing I didn't have to be to work on time this morning.
