Random Fail: First World Problems

Random fail #2 in less than 24 hours. Noah has hand, foot, and mouth disease. We were having a BBQ at the house tomorrow. He is extremely contagious so we had to cancel. I have three packages of sirloin steak and ribeye thawing since Wednesday night. Can't refreeze it now. Just going to have to cook it all.

lol I was pretty drunk... It's much easier to talk shit in a bitchfest forum, where all that I need to be concerned with is myself. Reality is far more cool, calm and collected.

I'm not saying I'm not a complete ass, just saying that in this thread we can take certain liberties.

Free FFXI week so of course I started playing again...still undetermined though if this is a fail or a win, there are a lot of neat changes since I last played 6+ months ago.

That's great news! Hope the guys doing well. Same goes for you, dealt with this about 2 years back when an ex girlfriend called me after posting something like that. Was a horrible feeling when she hung up and was not answering her phone.

good to hear. funny story, in high school my friends and i played a prank on one of our friends. see, we were playing diablo and talking on AIM and he jokingly told me to go kill myself. So I grabbed a rope, tied a noose, and sent him a picture of it. Laughs were had, good time for all. The next day, at school, I told my other friends about it. The soon-to-be-victim was home sick that day, so we decided that when we all got home I would stay off AIM/Diablo and they would tell him I actually did it.

He cried. And then got very, very angry when they felt bad and told him the truth. We decided that it was a terrible prank.

anyway i have some more random fail: i tried to use the Newegg Preferred Account to pay for my PC parts since I still have ~$1200 to go and my old PC seems to have given up completely, but was denied. The reason? They don't think I'm me because the credit report site they use hasn't updated my address. Reasonable mistake except they've been selling me shit at this address for months now.

My fucking internet randomly died as soon as I got up today. Now I get to spend the whole day tomorrow waiting for the tech to come and probably mess with one wire for 5 minutes.

All I want to do is play video games on my weekend.

Tech gets here nice and early today. We discover that whoever installed my internet is a complete dick. Left a panel hanging and ran the wires wrong. Hopefully my next post is from my PC

Having "relations" with my girlfriend at her apartment and her mother decided to surprise her by coming a day earlier for her visit and walks in (gf has a studio). Not how you want to meet the mother.

Her door has a keypad lock as well as a key to it and she gave her mom the passcode because she originally was supposed to drive up and get there while she was at work tomorrow.
