I don't see why anyone should have to filter themselves because someone might be offended to something that has absolutely nothing to do with them individually. Now if you were to target them specifically , I can understand more so why it might bother them but I still think people need to have a thicker skin in general.

Anyway basically I can understand the idea behind "their forum their rules" , but still think people need to lighten the fuck up in general. I don't know about that particular situation so I'm not going to comment on it.
However if every forum was a "my way or the highway" - no point of discussion would ever exist. Varying viewpoints are a good thing and just because a person may not agree with how it's handled doesn't make it wrong.
I assume if I piss someone off they will block me or be proactive and let me know their reasons without freaking out.
I'm not here to coddle anyone because the real world doesn't work that way. If someone doesn't like how I post that is your prerogative.
Move along..and I can do the same.

There's a reason I don't step foot into certain forum areas : kids, politics , current events. I don't drink the kool-aid and don't see the point to barge into a discussion to derail it constantly with my unpopular viewpoints.
Until it has a valid place in the discussion I just keep to myself. If someone asks me directly I will tell them but because I have so little in common with most people I interact with online and in person I tend to keep it to myself.

I think what gets me the most is everyone feels they have to be so careful of what the say because of how it might be perceived by random_internet_person_01.
What about just being ourselves is so bad ? I'm the type where you either take it or leave it and trust me I am not losing sleep on anyone not backing me up.
I don't go looking for fights or looking to break the general rules I agree to in forums but I don't think I should have to watch my back either.

So fucking done with Kaiser. A week later get an email for the referral for MRI. They ask me to confirm which location would be best. Each one is minimum 45 minutes away so I respond my preference but want to ensure it is an OPEN MRI as discussed.
Doctor replies in nearly text speak that it is not but it's been use for obese people like me.

I'm fucking furious because once again I am not fucking listened to. If she had read my email she would have noted the tube issues would not be fixed by a non open MRI - even the techs said so at the hospital. I refuse to waste my or my husband's time traveling and missing work on a fucking chance things might work out. Fuck that.
FUCK what does it take for these people to actually take the fucking time to deal with shit right. I am sick and fucking tired of spending my nights crying because they refuse to even acknowledge the concerns I have.

Well apparently I'm just stupid because when she said "wide bore with pts" - I interpreted it as "wide before with patients" - due to her broken text speak with the rest of the message. Apparently wide bore is an alternative to the open MRI so now I feel like an idiot.

I still think incomplete sentences and lack of explanation was ridiculous.
I've changed doctors 5 times in 4 years..I'm just so tired of it.

My FWP: doing physics homework last night and my ancient TI-83 calculator's batteries were low. Replaced as normal...but apparently the backup battery is dead too as I lost all the programs I've written over the years.

Applied for a small personal loan to help get myself out of debt(paying 90 dollars a month towards paying a loan off beats paying 300 a month from fees that pays nothing off). Got rejected for that because of my old phone companies error that is still effecting me. Since I got on te transplant list 4 years ago. Thy kept saying I magically owe them 2000 for one months phone bill. Keep in mind that his was before I was healthy. So the only thing I used my crappy flip phone for was for doctors stuff. And they refuse to fix the issue or claim that it's been taken care of. Then a few months later I get another thing in the mail saying I owe that money but if I act now. I can get 80% off.

Then pain clinic decided to put me on week to week for my pills because I've been on the same fucking dose for like 7 months and 5 mgs of oxy does nothing for me now so I'm taking them more frequently. And today they changed my appointment from the end of next month to the end of this month to make me look even more like a fucking addict that has no clue and they didn't even tell me of the change. I only found out because I had to call them today about my pills and a mistake they made.

I even have an appointment slip with the oct 30th appointment.

I tried smoking weed through a vap dealy, got zero high from it. And I too large puffs or hits or w/e it's called

And then to top it all off. My gf and I, as of our last fertility clinic appointment are unable to have kids due to my shirty cf.
