Going to a concert tomorrow (fuck yeah Garth Brooks), which I've been super excited about and wanting to do for at least 20 years.

So of fucking course I had to start my period. Fuck you mother nature. My stomach hurts.

My curiosity is probably going to make me sound insensitive but is it bad enough that it'll stop you from enjoying yourself?
I hope you still have a wonderful time, would be a shame if something you had no control over ruined a perfectly good day.

I can't speak for her but in my case it can turn me into a fetal position in 10 seconds without warning. It's not insensitive, it's just part of how being female works. But yeah periods can kill all the fun due to the severity that isn't always predictable or in some cases treatable. For one PCOS can go fuck itself as if makes every month miserable for me in some way. From suddenly being lactose intolerant to red meat bothering me to abdominal pain do severe I can only rock back and forth in pain.

I do hope it goes easy on you Akys do you can enjoy the concert you've been waiting for. Even if it is country lol.

Not at all, it's just annoying to deal with. The cramps should go away with some drugs. Shit's just annoying.

Everyone is different but you can feel like you have no energy, it can be uncomfortable to sit or stand in one position. Painkillers help but there's still a weird feeling of discomfort. Best thing is to distract yourself though so the gig should help.

Had my first and hopefully last run in with the law for drinking too much in public, thankfully my sister was at the concert with her friend and she came and signed for me so I didn't have to go to a station or anything to sober up

Finally received information about my workman's comp appeal. It's at the end of November on a Friday but it says the dissertation could go on for several days. We will be gone that following week for Thanksgiving so hoping they can ask all they need to that day. Ugh.

My PCs water pump is about to kick the bucket, I can hear its motor starting to make the death sound.

Hopefully it lasts the weekend while the replacement is in transit.

There was no worse experience in my life than sharing a room with 63 other women in Basic Training. Nine weeks of pure unadulterated hell. Never EVER again.
