First world problem, not for me, but for poor Joshua Baggett.

Maybe she/Joshua trying to get some of that eiffel tower action?? Everyone's into their own things and who knows how a MMF came about as an interest in their relationship. Ive heard of people using the app to search for a 3rd for that scenario. Otherwise, poor Joshua. Maybe even poor Joshua still depending on how/why thats all going down.
PSU started having coil whine. Gonna have to replace.
Okay if this isn't a first world problem then I don't know what is.
Almost all year, the bf and I have been planning to take spring break together, he asked me if I wanted to go to Greece or to Rome. Tough one, but I decided I want to see Rome. I've been looking forward to it for so long now.
So he was going to go to Honduras over winter break to do some diving, he's a huge diving aficionado and he was going to do some really deap-sea stuff there, which he was really looking forward to, but his family in Germany needs him to go there so they can sort out some legal shit with his grandfather's will, so that means he won't get to go to Honduras this winter.
How does this affect me? Well, he's already paid his deposit for Honduras and now he's saying that since it's nonrefundable we probably won't go to Italy, because he doesn't want to lose his deposit. Oh, but I can come with him to Honduras if I want to ... never mind the fact that I'm not really interested in diving (though I guess I could give it a shot)? I'm just really bummed about not getting to go to Italy. And I shouldn't even be complaining about going on a trip fully paid for by him if it basically means I get to go anywhere outside of the US, but damn.
And the worst part is that I feel like such a spoiled brat right over it.
No. I have family coming into town for Christmas so we are not spending the holiday together.
I bought milk yesterday. Opened it today, poured myself a glass. Took one sip--tastes funny, probably expired despite being under date. Oh, well. This happens. Out of soda. The tap water here tastes terrible (ice cubes pass as iron supplements), and the filter-jug in the fridge is empty.
So thirsty.
Honduras is gorgeous, been there a few times doing hurricane relief. Love checking out all the Mayan ruins and going for walks in the rainforest.
I can hear again. Cost $50 but whatever.
Your last sentence is the truth - and I think you know it.
I'm not trying to be a bitch but I've never even had a chance to go anywhere out of the country and while I understand disappointment in general - I don't see a fucking downside. Embrace the opportunity for what it is.
You make it sound like the only thing to do there is the diving portion which is unfortunate.
Well it's Honduras and she's American so if any of the local rebels have flatbed trucks they could try to kidnap her.
That'd be a fun adventure!
