It's not permanent dye so it washes out really easily from skin. And tbh I thought I had some but I was like 99% prepped to go and then I realized and said ... well fuck it. lol.

My bloody mother is driving me nuts because she won't accept that I am not absorbing enough vitamin b12. I'm being checked for Coeliac's disease, had a pernicious anemia test etc and have been referred to a gastroenterologist. The whole point is right now I can't get enough b12 and folate from food. Mum keeps sending me fucking ridiculous suggestions and fad diets from trashy websites.
She suggested I get a light box because I'm a little anxious about my appointment. Cos apparently I'm depressed for being mildly concerned. I've been dealing with this for months now and am about to murder her.
