So for the past 3 months my roommate had not paid rent, and due to this in march we got a "pay or quit" notice on our door because he had not paid march(The money comes out of my moms account and we both xfer money and put it in there). Well my roommate didnt do that so my mom had been paying 1580 for 3 months in a row. He thought it would slide by and go unnoticed, but holy fucking shit I'm still so angry that he would do that. This is legit the worst thing a single person has done to me. especially because I helped this person out countless times and he fuckin backstabs me. Lease is up in 5 months....so have to deal until then.

Have your mom close her account, move in with her and tell the roommate to go fuck himself. Wouldn't hurt to talk to the landlord and explain what the deal is.

I don't have the financial stability to break the lease(him, my mother and myself are on the lease),because it is 2-2.5k to break it and I don't want to waste my college savings to break some lease. I got my mom her money back, so thats taken care of. But only shit anyone who ever heard me rage on vent in xi would have had a field day listening to me chew him out. He legit stayed in his room for 4 days in fear of me.

Edit: I would love to move out, but it would be the 3rd time moving in under a year so. . .

Bah. I found out b/c of a glitch, I've used up my data plan for the month (my phone is SUPPOSED to be using wifi at home but it wasn't. Luckily T-Mobile only slows you down if you go over; Must of been some wifi glitches.)

Well, I've turned off data and will keep it off from now on unless I'm on the go. Use the WIFI, you stupid phone!
