A 27-year-old pedestrian remained hospitalized in serious condition as authorities searched for the driver who fled the scene after hitting her in the driveway of a Fort Lee parking garage last night.
Investigators said they’re looking for a black, four-door Toyota Camry — from 1997-1999 — that they believe has both passenger-side and front-end damage.
The victim was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with head and leg injuries after she was struck around 8 p.m. in the driveway of the parking garage for the Northbridge Co-Op Apartments at 2200 N. Central Road, which leads to Hudson Terrace a few blocks north of the George Washington Bridge.
