Random Fail: First World Problems

Speaking of student loan fail. I took out 3 overall. I thought they'd all be lumped into one payment. Nope. I planned my budget based on them being around $50/month (like my friend paid on his, but he only took out one).

Two of my three are $50/month each and the other is $30something/month.

Fuuuark (and if anyone knows if it's possible to combine these into one payment, PM me bruhs).

That said, the city bus hasn't settled yet (they hit me January 2014) was hoping to get that in before I had to start making payments (because I should honestly get enough out of that to just pay the whole thing off and have money leftover

Did you take out the loans with the same place/company? I mean, paying them like this will lower the cost considerably, but it's obv. more money up front. If they are all with the same place, call them and ask if you can combine But be expected to still pay more a month than just 50. I, and this is being said with all the love, and only because I know your situation a little, but I doubt you will be able to find a bank to take one full loan out to pay the rest off. If you can, then that's the best option for a number of reasons. Build credit, and credit/trust with that bank (btw, credit union onry, k?) and should you default/miss a payment you only deal with one company instead of multiple and with my credit union they're usually understanding/nice and will work with me on payments.

My bank is still the Community First Credit Union of FLorida and I love 'em.

They were just all through the school website. When you click on financial aid, you also have the option to take out loans. It's just hitting a checkbox for the amount you want and hitting confirm. I never went to any company or anything like that.

Family came over and went out to eat. Well, fucking food poisoned my ass. Felt like shit for three straight days and fucked up my week (project due today, meetings, etc. etc.). Worst of all AMA LOSE MAI GAINZ. No exercising for me ;x

Since it sounds like your loans are not from a private bank, you probably can consolidate your loans. It will also fix your interest rate so it doesn't jump, which may be a good idea if the fed raises rates... whenever the hell that may be.

And a small upside from student loans, the interest that accumulates each year is tax deductible.

Was adding my uncle as an authorized user on my credit card and I needed his birth date. Had to go online and look it up on the county jail records, rofl

Had one of our users have her laptop stolen at the school she works at. Scrambling now to find a beat up windows xp laptop that can actually handle windows 7 to get to her by tomorrow. Only plus side is the laptop she had was at least 6 years old and she was due for a new one anyways.

edit: but again, I didn't even make my ex-wife an authorized user on my credit cards or share a bank account. Fuck giving anyone else a chance to mess up my credit/future.

It only has an 800 limit and his paychecks get direct deposited into my checking account (which he doesn't have access to), which is $3,800 a month. I'm not that concerned.

It's just temporary while he's in Kuwait (his job has him over there until June) and he went to the currency exchange and they're buttfucking him over there because they don't like Americans.

Help videos on youtube make me want to fucking scream. Why do all of them start with 3~4 minutes of the most annoying bullshit ever that has nothing to do with the title of the video? And why are they all redundant to the point that I want to kill somebody? It's bad enough that they waste a minute telling me to "check if it's plugged in," but do I really need another minute of showing me how to fucking plug it in? Does everyone have to say everything three times in different ways? Make sure it's plugged in. I fucking get it. How about getting to the troubleshooting the fucking matters some time this year?

Put a small pot of water on for ramen and forgot about it. I wouldn't be surprised it it had been over 2 or 3 hours since all the water boiled off. Now I have to wait a while and properly clean it back to a usable state. I knew this would happen one day eventually, /sigh.

And now I'm faced with another problem, do I attempt to make ramen again or do I just make some eggs, sausage, and bacon since it's already morning!?
