Broke a tooth on Thursday night so now have to spend a lot to get it fixed. Then tried to wash a glass jug which came apart in the water and sliced a long curve through the side of my thumb tonight.

Not a huge fail, but enough to piss me off.

So I just bought myself a phone and get a t-mobile pay as you go monthly kit. (I had a just fill up 10 cents a minute pre-paid sim card prior).

It comes as a nano sim w/ an adapter to the size of my current sim card, which is a cheap, flimsy piece of shit. So I go to put my new sim card in and the piece of shit plastic gets stuck and won't come out (and wasn't working to connect the new sim either). By the time I actually get the thing out (didn't just come out, had to pull the thing out by force) , I put the old sim card back in and now it's not reading anymore. I basically just got myself a phone and can't use it because the piece of shit plastic broke my sim card reader

If it's a smartphone, it's still useful to keep for any place that has free wifi. Skype is only slightly worse than an actual cell phone.

Mentally checked out of my job long ago and have been looking around for something else. Just opened up a full time position at my work, and I would be the most qualified person currently there. But I dread going to work so much due to all sorts of policy changes and nit-picking complaints (like font on time cards in break-room don't match and all have to be redone), that I really don't want to apply.

Felt slightly off all day today. Get home and my ass is blowing the fuck up. But I still don't feel ill. After 90 minutes of almost nonstop pooping I figure I'm done. Just in time to start throwing up. And I still don't feel sick. Slightly achy and that's it.

Just had to spend like an hour with HR Block because they were trying to charge me like 70$ to file my returns with them when it should have only been $30.

I've never had to use it, but I like to plan out potential conversations and that's essentially my reserve plan for if customer service reps get belligerent. "I'm not trying to cause an issue, here, but I'm paying for ____ and I'm not getting that. Would you pay for something you're not getting?" etc

but i'm a pretty genial guy and people respond to that, i think.

This is the best tactic. Screaming and hollering doesn't work.
