My left ear bud keeps fallin out, shits annoying
Where does my opinion have to be anymore right than anyone else's?
Just because I'm explaining or supporting why I have such an opinion (which I do regularly because shouldn't I support what I say?) , that doesn't mean I'm saying my way is the only way.
Sorry you take it that way.
Its understandable why you'd be mad at your friend. Just like its understandable I'd feel its not right to intrude. I'm also not saying I'd never intrude, but we are all assuming a decent amount.
Yeah, Ryan's on perma sucka status
Its easy to tell someone "hey I think your bitch is cheating". It is harder not to, and we all know that or at least I hope we understand that keeping a 'secret' is harder than blabbing.
Why is everyone saying "man up" and tell them or that what I'm saying makes me "a bitch" and a "terrible friend"?
Holy shit, all we were told is she's on lolTinder and has been in a relationship with someone for 6 years, engaged for 1+.
Here you guys come out with the gavels and I'm the moron for being impartial.
What the fuck do we know? Nothing much. Has anyone here seen her matches or her profile? Her messages? Is she even actively using it? Anything about either of these people at all?
All I said is we don't know what's what so who are we to say "Yo bro, your bitch is on Tinder, are you like, okay with that? Did you approve that dawg?"
We know nothing about these people and they don't have to be a pair of swingers for it to make sense.
But, whatever defending my point or standing by it has just been getting me painted as the guy who always has to be right. So I'll get off the subject.
Subject change:
I went to go drink a beer in the park yesterday evening and some guy kept harassing me to download and play his stupid app.
Let's put the situation on the other side.
Your friends learns that your almost to be wife is maybe cheating on you
You don't want them to tell you?
Of course I put the situation in the reverse. It doesn't change much of anything.
We are begging the question because this isn't "hey she is cheating" its "hey she is on tinder and that's all I know bro".
I mean they have been together for 6 years. Do you guys just all assume you struck some gold finding her on a public social network and for the longest time he has just had no clue what goes on in his own nest?
Edit: not saying that isn't possible, but why do we pass judgement so easily in someone else's affairs and act like we are in a victory lap for it?
I would say it is more because they have been together for 6 years, tinder has been around what two years? This isn't a 6+ year old inactive e-harmony account, this is a tinder account that tells you the last time a person was active. This means that she made it while they were 4 years into the relationship. Not to mention these days tinder is not always used to "date", most use it as one night stands.
Tinder is a hook up app, plain and simple. If you're using it, you're actively looking for action. It says when you last logged into it. Like mentioned earlier, it's fairly new, not like it's her old account, she had to have made it in the last few years. It's not like it's an okcupid account and the person can say they're using it to make friends.
The situation is one similar to a friend of mine had like last month. He saw a friend of his gf active on tinder in his matches. He screenshotted it, told his friend who then went and was able to ask her about it. She denied it to his face until he asked for her phone and guess what, she was on it. She had messages in the app that showed she hooked up with three other guys since NYE.
Not telling a friend that his girl he be engaged to might be ho makes you a poor friend and the argument it's harder to keep that a secret is a cop out lie. It's harder to go up to a friend to tell them they're being cheated on then it is to pretend it's not happening.
This isn't about which is more difficult to do
Being impartial in a situation that (potentially) fucks your friend over is a bitch position to take. Hence my diagnosis.
If you don't want to blag in a direct way, can go about it in a more indirect fashion "Hey, someone is using your wife's photos on Tinder" Which is a way of bringing it up w/o accusing her (At which point if he has any common sense, he can put two and two together himself and come to that conclusion on his own)
Playing a Minish Cap ROM at work. Can't even get through the second room in the first dungeon because for whatever reason I'm unable to pull a lever. Grab > Down directional just makes Link come out of the grab and roll downward. I can't even roll downward normally, I have to hold a side direction and down to roll down.
Also, got stuck in Metroid Fusion between two platforms that are too high to reach by jumping. Can't seem to do bomb jumps, so stuck there too.
I called him and told him. As it turns out, he was aware. He says that both of them set up profiles together as a gag, and I was actually the second person to tell him about it today, so they plan on removing the accounts so there is no confusion/rumors going around. Whether that is true or not, I'm not sure, but I got it off my chest and my conscious is clear. He did thank me for telling him. So I guess this was the best case result. Thanks everyone for your input.
You're part is done. At this point it doesn't matter if she is cheating or not. He's turning a blind eye to it if she is.
Lady friend surprised me at home after I got off of work with some food from one of my favorite seasonal drive-ins, she forgot the raspberry malt.
It's raspberry ice cream blended with malt.
