Our dog was licking way too much as we were trying to go to sleep last night so we took a look and it looks like she may have an impacted anal gland. I'm going to take her in to the vet today to make sure and get them treated. My wife seems to think that it's more likely that she got bitten by a horsefly near her butt, but I'm not sure how long it takes for something like this to show symptoms. I think it can happen pretty quickly so I'm going to say impacted gland, and let the Vet tell me what it actually is.

Driving my 2 and a half hour journey back home after working my 12 hour night shift rotation, and I blow the fuck out of a tire. Whatever, no problem, it's 6am, I'm tired as fuck, and was hoping to get a few hours of sleep before having to drive to Winnipeg, so I remain calm. Fight with getting the spare tire out from under my truck, jack it up, take the lug nuts off.....aaaand the tire is seized and will not come off. Boot the bastard for a half hour but nothing...awesome. Was able to get cell service at least so I call my old man to bring me a sledgehammer, and 10 minutes later a CN rail employee drives by and has one. Got home almost 2 hours after I wanted to and now I have to deal with Ford's lack of roadside warranty for a potentially faulty tire, and drop nearly 300 bucks on a tire.

This, and my brand new dryer fucked up on my wife the other day when she was washing clothes at 10pm and I'm at work and can't do fuck all. At least it was her and not me that had to bring all the wet clothes to her parents house.

Thank god I'm leaving on vacation today.

Woke up to the dog having seizures and falling off the bed seconds after (shes a pug). Took her to the emergency vet as a precaution but they didn't find anything of course. This had never happened to her before and her diet hasn't changed.

Seizures are a common problem that pugs have. A friend of mine has had different pugs for +20 years and she said at least half of them have seizure problems. One of them they actually used in a clinical trial at Virginia Tech to study epilepsy/seizures/strokes in both dogs and humans. It was pretty interesting stuff. Hope your guy manages it okay.

Dumb question, but did you try driving it with the lugs loose or off? Sometimes going 5-10' has loosened the wheel enough to get it off.

So somehow ford seems to have lost the damn headliner on my car. Monday will mark 3 weeks my car has been sitting because they are too pants on head retarded to fix a sunglass holder so it won't fall off while driving.

When we cancel a lesson for swimming they give us a make up. When we schedule a make up it is final. Because of the craziness of moving n shit we had a few make ups to do. Slowly chipped away and today was the last make up. I forgot they were today. ;;

Not a huge loss, but the weather has been less than stellar lately and the lessons are a great way for the kids to burn energy.

What kind of bank goes and closes bank accounts for no apparent reason without even giving me a warning? Apparently, I've been sent a notification, which didn't arrive due to a strike that ended a few days ago, but even then I'd expect them to notify me of any problems with my bank account so I can do something about it, instead of just closing it.

Are you being taken to court for any sort of unpaid debt? When a credit card company took me to court, they had my account temporarily closed so they could research my finances (which caused more problems due to checks bouncing since the money couldn't be removed from my account). I also suffered from not getting notice until a day or two after it was closed. I assume part of it is so you don't withdraw all the money in there if somebody is taking you to court in hopes of getting a piece of it.

My situation did turn in to kind of a win in the end. Judgement was made to garnish my wages, and in the past 8(?) years now, my paycheck has only been large enough once for them to take anything about it. The law firm that took me to court keeps sending me letters trying to make a deal to pay off my debt, and I'm like "Nope. Judge decided to garnish my wages. I told you I didn't make very much money and you didn't believe me. Bet you wish you had accepted it when I said I could maybe send you $50 bucks a month.".

This is more random bitching than a fail. I recently got an XB1 so I've been catching people streaming thru the Twitch app. Something I've never been interested in previously, but it seems pretty cool. Some of the streams are entertaining, but I've discovered that when watching certain streamers will cause me profound annoyance and rage with some of their actions--like not reloading their gun when their is a lull in the action, or sitting there going "HAY GUYS WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? WTF, THIS IS SO DUMB" when they get stuck despite a dozen people in the stream chat telling them what to do, or, THE WORST--voicing EVERY bit of written dialogue. Bitch, I can read. I don't need you to do pretend voices of Cloud & Tifa.
