Speaking of work poop stories, my office has two restrooms, each on opposite ends of the building. One is on the production side, and one is on the sales team side. The bathroom on the production side doesn't have a working fan (though it does have a window), while the bathroom on the sales side doesn't have a working lock on the door. So anytime I have to poop at work, it becomes a "do I want to smoke out the production side" or a "do I want a sales staff to walk in on me mid-poop" mental battle. I've had my boss walk in on me mid-poop. I've also smoked out production while clients were here recording. Good times.

It's way too fucking hot. It's almost 8pm and still over 80 outside. No air conditioning in our apartment and I can never sleep when it's warm out. I'm supposed to take my license permit test tomorrow but it's going to be close to 100 outside where I'll have to walk. Fuck.

Yeah, our AC bit it the other day. Had to wait a couple for the repair guy to finally come and do something, but not quite sure if it's long term fixed. Somewhat fortunate it wasn't like 2 weeks ago, but it was still hot enough to suck.

Sold my Vita on Amazon over a month ago. Person messages me 29 days after receiving it saying it's still tied to my account and they want to refund it. Message back with steps to perform, but if they want a refund, it will need to be returned to me first, with all packaging, anything missing i'm deducting 25% and if it's damaged, no refund. 36 hours later, no reply.

Yeah, I'm giving them till Wednesday. If they don't reply I am going to contact Amazon about taking the refund request off my record as it's well past 30 days and no response and there is a paper trail.

You have experience with Amazon Brill, how often does Amazon side with the buyer, especially when it's been about 30 days from receipt when someone starts demanding a refund?

Well first and foremost did you offer a return policy on the sale? On Amazon/eBay you're not forced to. If you did and it's within the time frame you set that they will not remove the refund request unless the buyer fails to respond or you can prove the Vita is broken. Which let's face it, it is. Or at the very least no longer in the condition that you initially sold it to him as.

Amazon is a lot like eBay in that they want you to work it out. They only get involved if it's elevated to them when an agreement can't be made. That being said I'm willing to bet dude will not reply. Hopefully he already left you feedback before pulling this crap. Sorry man, I've sold probably close to 1k things on Amazon and eBay combined and only had a handful of fuckheads.

And should he attempt to actually return it Amazon requires on ALL returns of sales over 75 bones that the buyer have a tracking number on the return.

Yeah, I have no stated warranty. Just that they can contact me. I'm usually fairly flexible, but the whole waiting till well after I'm paid then asking for a refund. It's possibly it may be on me as I went through the deactivation process which I had to do before formatting the memory card, but they should have let me know on day 1, not day 29.

Hopefully she's not batshit insane and goes about things like nothing happened. However my experience on the whole with women is they enjoy drama.

I ended up with a coworker, actually a few on different occasions and word spread like fucking wildfire. Not that we cared it was just the nature of the environment, pretty much someone was always fucking each other since in Washington and Idaho there's not a whole lot else to do.

I think as long as those involved can keep business and pleasure separate it's fine. It's just rarely the case.
