Since we eat low carb /keto all I have really is frozen chicken and no fresh vegetables or anything since we came back from vacation and used them before. I do all the cooking so when I'm unable to we don't have leftovers lol.

I keep tortillas around for this. Not a lot of carbs but when you need that cheesy deliciousness, you make a delicious goddamn quesadilla.

I'm not a no-carb person but calorie-wise I'd rather take the hit with a tortilla then some white bread. I know they're about the same but I like tortillas way more than white bread.

I have actually grown really fond of wheat bread. Even for grilled cheese it's quite tasty. I've also gotten used to making grilled cheese sandwiches without butter to cut down on fat even further. It's not the healthiest meal but when I'm craving cheese (which is ... often) nothing beats grilled cheese.
