Unpacking is such a pain in the ass. Took me almost two fucking hours just to unpack all the shit for the kitchen. Let it alone decide where to fucking put everything.

I generally look forward to unpacking. It's a new beginning! Love getting everything in my home looking it is straight from a crate and barrel catalog and then running it 2 days later when I'm done giving a fuck

Bought a new phone 2 days ago. Defective OS software install. Exchanged it today for the exact same model of phone. Activation failed because the old phone was the same as the new one and Verizon kept saying I was activating the same phone. Try to activate online. Activation wants me to verify my identity via a text message. I cannot receive text messages because I am locked out of my phone until it is activated. I cannot activate it without the text message to verify my identity. So I try to call customer service. I cannot place calls because my phone is not activated. Try to use the other phone on our account. I cannot use that phone to verify identity because it was recently upgraded 2 days ago at the same time that I bought my new phone.

So now I have no way to activate my phone that I just paid $600 for. The local store cannot even activate it. Fucking Verizon....What a grand idea to lock your customers out then tell them to call you on the phone that is locked out.

For various reasons, I've been looking for a certain keyboard, an Asus U3000, for ages.

Friend of mine sent me a link to a sale and there it was, even with the original packaging and extremely cheap, too. I felt a surge of happiness as I looked at it on the front of the packaging in all of its black glory and couldn't even believe how lucky I was.

I then died inside while checking the other pictures - turns out it's a white one.

I don't really know if a white one would look all that great next to all the other grey/black peripherals on my desk.

Edit: Looking at this rationally, it would certainly be somewhat nice; white keyboard, grey mouse, black display. Might just give it a try, at that price, it would be a minimal loss anyway.

Ordered a gold s6 Edge 64gb in may, if you register it by July with purchase date before June 16th you get a 100$ rebate making it same price as 32gb. Wanted it for my vacation last week of June for epic pics. Supposed to take 3 days for delivery to store.

First week goes by, I show up, no phone. Ok shit happens. Second week goes by I show up, no phone, K somethings wrong. Call every 2 days, no phone. June 23rd I walk in, where's my phone Bro. Website doesn't it even show it as ordered, I paid for it, but nothing but receipt proves that. No evidence on any site or anywhere on Verizon side that phone ever shipped or anything. They go into my account, I'm like fuck gold, just give me the regular one. Somehow my account is showing I'm now on a 2yr contract (never was) and they can't activate the new one. Verizon guy gets blank screens when activating phone on his iPad. Tries his pc, same. Calls tech support, same. They put in a ticket with their supreme tech support, will call me on 2 days. Cool thanks I leave in 4 days.

Show up day before vacation cause I logged into verizon account and mysteriously my account no longer shows a 2yr contract, guys like that's weird let's try activating. Works first try. Got my phone the day before we left.

Forged the receipt in MS PAINT while in Florida to, and signed my signature with the track pad on my laptop (came out great I swear) and was lucky to still get the rebate with only a couple days left.

Last phone I get from that shit ass company.

It varies a lot from store to store. I accidentally killed my old phone in june, but fortunately my contract was up that week anyway. so my parents and i went to a verizon store; guy working there was a total dick. was too close to closing so they didnt wanna do it, and my parents accepted that but wanted to ask about something else (minor repair on my dad's phone) but the guy just kept talking over them.

We went to a different store the next week, dude there was cool beans. First phone we tried to activate was DOA but otherwise went without a hitch.

Although AT&T customer service usually sucks, every time I go to an actual store for something and they see on my account I have the unlimited data package still the manager or employee helping me will always tell me to never get rid of it. Meanwhile phone support or when I upgrade they try to get me to switch it to a different data plan everytime.

Meh, just sweet talk AT&T customer service. They will give you all sorts of shit. Talked them into changing a $400 gift card into a $200 gift card & $40 off the bill every month for a year. Then talked them into extending that discount when it was about to expire. Two and a half years later and I'm still riding that discount. Last person I lived with talked about screaming at them and asking for managers just to get $100 gift card, and I'm just over here being nice and getting all sorts of stuff for free.

They fucked up on our plan and quoting us and retention cut us a hell of a deal for our new iPhones (6s plus 128gb) . They fucked up by changing shit without our authorization while under contract. Ditto on fuck Verizon. I have two other people on my bill. One (Roger) got an upgrade on his phone. Counter Monkey put it on the other guy's (Brian). Now Brian's bitching about his not being able to use his upgrade, even though he'd just be using Roger's. Counter Monkey was pretty chillax, but my still being able to text Roger's old phone should've been the first clue he fucked up.

My ISP is being wonky too. I previously had it at 40Mbits upload, but due to their not knowing how to fix their own crap, it was automatically downgraded to 20Mbits in their system, even though I was still paying for the 40. They also "lost" the old modem I sent in and were charging me $9 a month for "renting" the new one that I purchased. They refunded what was left of September, but they still owe me for the last 5 months I "rented" nothing. Capper, they sent me a notice saying I have to return ship the modem that I was renting. I swear the company is run by shit on a post with the amount of intelligence I see from their end. That's also another reason why I'm prolly going to end up starting my own server. Don't want to deal with constant DC'ing.

Got groceries yesterday, including produce. I always check the sell dates, because obviously I don't want something that's going to expire soon.

So this morning I go to open up some strawberries, and what do I find but a hair, one that's obviously not mine since my hair is the same color as the fucking strawberries and this one was much darker. I'm already fucking grossed out, but then I see that most of the strawberries are starting to go bad already, despite the date on the packaging saying 10/13, which is Tuesday.

I'm so fucking annoyed right now, yeah, it wasn't a lot of money, but this happens more often than it should. How much money have I wasted on produce that has gone bad? And it's not like I can afford to be spending a lot on food, but I'm trying to eat better. But it's hard, because shit goes bad like this and I get discouraged about buying produce that I'm never going to get to eat. I'm so sick of fucking throwing my money away.

I always buy fresh then freeze it myself , it saves so much time and money. There's a meme out there with a photo of the bottom crisper drawer captioned " Where good intentions go to die" and it's so fucking true.

If you have Aldi, Trader Joes or Grocery Outlet or a Sprouts , they are all great store options for inexpensive produce. I never buy it from the actual supermarket. I've even found better deals at Costco frozen section than fresh often. I know it's frustrating though.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to have to start buying my produce elsewhere, because the grocery stores around here are shit. It's annoying but I'm committed to adding more fruits and veggies to my diet.
