As soon as I walk in the office today a coworker asks me to help bring in the food she cooked for us. I hadn't even got the chance to sit at my desk yet. Of course she packages the food poorly and it proceeds to spill all over my shirt and pants. My morning drive is 15 minutes but because I had to go home and change I get stuck in traffic for 45 minutes. Next coworker can carry that shit in themselves. So pissed.

Yes, yes, yes, and yes.

The grilled cheese station is several different types of gourmet grilled cheeses and soups, different breads, toppings, cheeses, etc. There's also going to be grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters passed around for hors d'oeuvres.

The bacon station is similar, but everything is bacon. Different bacons, different foods wrapped in bacon, think there's an option for a bacon cocktail too.

Everything is buffet style and there's the usual pasta station, mashed potatoes station (which is white and sweet potatoes served in martini glasses that you top yourself with any number of the 20 toppings), your typical meat station with Prime rib ham etc there's a ton of others.

Paris, probably not. You can AirBnB and keep it cheap but everything is pretty pricey.

If you want to do all three you are dreaming. Maybe if you hostel it (lol).

Yeah, Mykonos and Crete are terrible places. Definitely avoid them.

Director is wanting a new laptop. Me and the other IT person here keep pushing him towards options that support docking stations so he doesn't have to deal with plugging shit in every time he comes and goes. He keeps coming back with tablet/laptop hybrids that not only support win 8.1 or 10 only, but also only home editions and not professional which won't work. I'm going to be fucking bald by 40....

Okay you're doing it right. At first, I wanted to echo the cheap marriage & save for the honeymoon, etc., but not after this post. Enjoy your bacon station, good god damn. While it was a valid response, I'm skeptical a post this delicious should be in the fail thread.

Re: photo booth, it's not just a NJ or regional thing. Last nice wedding I was at (Dallas area) had a photo booth - it too with a queue all night.

my bff just got back from his honeymoon in greece last week 10 nights between mykonos and santonini. THey spent like 9 grand but most likely had top of the line everything.

Just go to Paris. Greece is trash, they don't even have sand on the beaches. well there is the black sand one but w/e. We did Amsterdam, Paris, and South of France (Jaun les Pins, where they have sandy beaches) for less than 10 grand and stayed in baller hotels. You should do that, it was the best.
