For real, is this really how it is in your country? I guess you guys would be shocked by many FR people then, because where I come from kids knows how it work very early and some already have attempted it by 12-13 years old.

So we're the same then, I never went to the U.S so I can't really say anything, but you do have pregnant teens in france too, the culture is also very different over there. Like for things such as gynecoelogist <-- if you spell it like that in english, here in England, they ask you to undress in private and wear some sort of papermade gown, which is the standard.

In france, you have private gynecoelogists (which can be men) and they just ask you to get undressed in their examination room (no dressing room), sit/lay on whatever medical seat/bed they have, no gown or anything, and they start doing their buisness with you. Considering some girls need to have such medical attention as soon as 10 years old, imagine the impact it has on them considering the doctor could be a guy.

Lots of people can see it as barbaric and to be honest I'd not blame them for doing so.

Maybe it was just my districts I went to school in, but we had a pretty comprehensive sex Ed program. In HS, we even had guest speakers that were HIV+ come into school and drive home the point of getting tested before partaking in unprotected sex and emphasis the importance of safe sex. Not once were we told sex should be had only after marriage and to abstain

So damn true. Back when I was attending college, one of my acquaintances who drove for the university bus system. Serviced the middle school route after classes finished for the day. At least once a month he had to stop the bus because of sexual activity in the back.

On the lighter side, my 3 nieces (7 and twins of 6) know about the anatomy portion of things and laughed about one of my anime DVD collectors boxes where one of the characters was full on groping another large chested woman on the cover. I'm pretty sure in 5 or 6 years they will get the abstinence talk since they are currently attending Catholic school, but I'll be sure to educate them if they have any questions.

The wifi in the library here at USF is dropping at a ridiculous frequency, so far I haven't been able to stay connected more than 30 minutes and now I've just given up on it entirely and connected my laptop to my phone's hotspot.

I've never experienced this level of wifi fail on campus before.

I found out today one of my coworkers passed away unexpectedly. She was such a nice woman and quite young may be only in her 50s and I'm just completely shocked everyone and I can't even begin to imagine how to go back without her. Today can go fuck itself

ladybird beetles chose my house to do their winter thing.... mother fuckers are everywhere.

My only pair of winter boots are way too big on me now. Since we live in California I don't exactly want to pay for expensive ones but I'm really sad that these are too big on me and are falling down now. The struggle is real because still my calves are too large for what they consider wide calf in most styles. Being in between sizes sucks.
