This thread is hilarious I have to admit. I grew up in the 80s and saw overalls or more people I ever want to see you again or rompers for that matter which I can't believe came back in the first place for adults.
In reality the fail is more of a win because I've been convinced that I haven't through losing weight haven't lost any weight in my feet or my calves but obviously my boots tell a different story. I even tried wearing them with my jeans and layered with socks but there still at least one size too big so It's just a loss lol.
I'm really picky about my boots anyways so I'd rather hold out for something I love rather than get stuff that's going to sit around. Oh well there's always next year.

oh right
you southern types with your fake winters
let me tell you, aint nothin wrong with a good solid pair of winter overalls, such as this. combine it with a good coat and you're impermeable to the cold. even if you're wading through snow trying to convince a snowblower that it really does want to start.
If it's cold enough to wear those overalls, then I'd wear these instead.
(It's never that cold)
sure if you like snow in your buttcrack
Current snowpants
These are awesome got to wear them for awhile
I've tried pretty much every company for outerwear now.
Bibs/Overalls are best for deep snow. Don't pleb out.
This is the truth. I worked at a ski area doing lift/vehicle maintenance. One time we had a snowcat break right before the groom was supposed to start. We worked overnight in the snow outside to get it fixed. Spent most of the night lying in the snow and they kept me warm.
As for the pants below, those look nice but not for every day general use I would only wear those for skiing or snowboarding.
Overalls are the best if you work in the snow.
Oh fuck you SE
hubby and I made new characters in FFXI to experience the old storylines again and see how they connect to the last one. Everything is just dandy except every now and then you get reminded about how dumb SE was with this game.
No one uses the AH anymore, which is no big deal for gear n' shit, but there are random things new toons will want that don't come from an npc. I am raising a chocobo, and there is no food being sold on the AH. No biggie, I can buy the basic greens and I could buy seeds to grow my own food. I've been super busy, but I tried to make sure I check the choco and plants everyday.
Harvest day was today, and I got two crystals and two worms out of the pots. Because back in 2009 they limited what you can get from gardening for the first 90 days of a new toon. A WARNING MESSAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE SE. I CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO REMEMBER THIS SHIT.
git
gud
I'm happy they're offsetting the XI unsub players free weeks from the XIV patch by a week. The last few times it's been all OH GOD EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE.
Nothing like nearly getting plowed into because some fuck nut in a left turn only lane decides to go straight.
I remember doing that when I was barely level 20. Shit was hard, and the drop rate was terrible.
I'm not sure whether or not that's changed.
They are supposedly changing the AH in 4 days, but they haven't specifically said how. I suspect items are going to hang out on AH much longer.
