Thanks for suggestions folks, unfortunately the dynamic of my situation doesn't allow me to really do what is suggested. To further explain--coworker is sales, I am production. I can't do my job until she does her's, and thus the chain reaction. Nobody (except, in extreme cases, our boss) can step in in her place because she is the direct contact for dozens of clients. My boss is a miserable crotchety old New Jersey Jew, so, lolno he isn't helping. I am just gonna wait it out unless it becomes incredibly egregious, bitching under my breath all the while.

Can she create an auto-reply to contact _________ regarding their orders so that when she isn't there at least something can get done? Maybe just leave it up all the time, even when she's in, and she can pick and choose which clients to answer.

Used to pay a whole shitload. Now I pay almost nothing because I literally can't buy single coverage that my doctors take in NY. NYU shitbox health insurance. It's basically just in case I fall off a building or something.
