Oh sorry probably should've explained more. This isn't a normal truck it's one kind of setup like a garbage truck built to pick up containers that look like garbage cans full of paper then throw them into a giant paper shred that runs off the truck engine which then gets slightly compacted and stored in the back. The damage that we've found so far seems limited to the shredder assembly itself.

So it probably started out as something piece just failing on it's own partly cause this particularly one is of exceptionally shitty design and the already large amount of stress and vibrations from normal operation... but then continued running of it while it had a lot more play due to less things being bolted, welded or just uncracked probably cascaded into more and more failures. Even if not and the extra dmg isn't his fault and somehow everything magically failed at once you'd think if your equipment sounded and looked like it was going to violently fail on you you'd ya know mention it before someone got hurt (or for that matter stop using it before you got hurt)

oh, that makes more sense, then. that kind of cascade can happen in regular vehicles too but usually lots of mileage and/or insane abuse is involved, so naturally first thought was accident.

If you can, take it to court and sue. You will easily win and can sue for damages. The downfall is you probably will not receive any money. The win however is they will not be able to get their driver license back until they pay.

Well depending on states and laws, it can cascade down into bench warrants and arrest for failing to pay. But yeah, it's just like the repeat DUI offenders that have like a half dozen dui's and despite having a suspended license, still go and drive.

Haha one of my exes sisters bfs would do that. I think they eventually took away his car and license so he'd drive hers. He'd even do things like well you had a drink so you can't drive while he was plastered... ended up totaling her car while drunk of course

My dad's side of the family is from Wisconsin, where DUI is the state passtime. It's pretty much a bi-annual occurance that a relative either dies from a drunk driver or gets convicted themselves. The two uncles that didn't leave the state probably spent a combined time of 30 years in jail in the past 20 years.

More of a fail of what this world has come to. Walked into Walmart to buy a bubble mailer for a game I sold, see a table with a 2 liter of Walmart brand soda and a candy bar with signs advertising a free 2 liter and candy bar for applying for the Walmart credit card.

So kind of an ongoing thing but today was a bit crazier than normal had 4 customers this afternoon call in to get early service on Monday. This happens even during the week though too people wanted us to come in the very next day completely out of schedule and away from our route sometimes way after normal business hours. heck sometime they even call the day of <.<. What makes these 4 really grind my gears this time is they are all on 4-12 week schedules and their next normally scheduled runs... are all on Tuesday. They all went a month or longer but now absolute must have us there 1 day early. Then there is this asshole who we went to this Tuesday and denied service now wants us out there Monday <.<

The real travesty though is I had already made a route for our driver and printed out and put into order all the invoices order for him since it is the route for next business day and of course my boss said yes to putting them in last minute. So now I have to redo it right as I was sitting down to enjoy a cup of this protein mocha I make

My mouse's right click has been broke for about a month now and I've had the RMA order for almost three weeks. I am finally sending it out today, but the fail is that I've gotten used to using my thumb on the side buttons for right clicking. So in League I'm not moving properly and in Chrome I keep making the damn browser "Back"
