Who the fuck cares who's eating breakfast, holy shit.
the only reason i'm not big on breakfast anymore is because i have to wait ~30 mins after taking my pills to eat, and since I've gotten really good at ignoring hunger signals, I often just kinda forget to eat until it's afternoon and I'm falling asleep.
6'3" 220lbs. as heavy as i ever get.
im alllll about breakfast foods tho
The conspiracy part was tongue-in-cheek but I stand by the scientific research showing breakfast isn't actually "an important part of your morning". You can feel free to eat breakfast if you so choose to, no one is stopping you. If it works for you great. But a lot of people would benefit from skipping breakfast if they're concerned about their health. I personally don't care if people choose to eat breakfast or not (though it seems people get flabbergasted at the idea of having the audacity to skip it)
For nearly 2 years I skipped breakfast during the week. In at work @ 6:15am, lunch at 8:30am and dinner at 5:30pm. So is an 8:30am lunch break still considered breakfast?
It's mommy science.
I like breakfast but I don't think it does anything to really help you.
Your body needs what it needs and we're all different.
Now let's hold hands and discuss how great this new sushi place I'm going tonight is going to be.
Y'all keep throwing around the word "kickstart" and this is all I can think of:
You should go to Okonomi for brunch. Wife took me there for my birthday. It was fantastic. It's a set menu, though. On that day we could substitute Spanish Mackerel, fatty tune, or lean tuna as the protein.
It's in Brooklyn around the corner from Barcade.
I had never heard of it; didn't know it had a name going for it.
I had the fatty tuna which of course was delicious. Wife had the mackerel which was also delicious, but a little more oily (because that's the nature of the fish. Definitely get over there soon.
......is there any argument on BG that isn't petty? shit, even poopdeck, which is ostensibly the place for serious discussion of serious things, is 90% bickering over semantics.
