Had a $250 service credit from Nissan because they charged me for something that should have been covered under warranty. Went in to get my truck serviced yesterday and found out the service credit expired after 6 months. I am not sure why it expired so quickly.
Hmm that's tough. From my experience at our dealership and thus will vary usually it's 6 months to a year, so do you have it in writing with an expiration? If the service manager won't budge try calling corporate they may give you a goodwill pass especially if you are regularly servicing at a Nissan dealer.
Thanks for the suggestion. I called Nissan corporate they are going to see if they can do anything for me. The dealership I use is really nice and has great service this isn't their fault. I just think it is a shitty policy to have a 6 month expiration on the service. I just wanted to use to to pay for a portion of my 45k service anyway I couldn't even spend it on anything else.
It isn't a big deal but it still does suck because I didn't need a service during that 6 month period any more than an oil change then my big service happens just outside of the expiration date on the credit.
I heard someone in this thread hates fruity pebbles, and I came to fight them.
Oh God, I am on a diet and haven't had Fruity Pebbles in probably ten years, but I want them so badly.
Found out through FB that an old friend and coworker from college was killed in a car accident earlier this week. He was only 29. We weren't super close but he was always very friendly and helpful whenever we worked together. A damn shame.
No I get it and I'm glad they are at least trying to see. I know things change and typically credits are six months to a year because a "typical " driver would need routine maintenance every 3 to 6 months however that's a broad generalization.
From the service side thank you for not being an asshat to those of us who answer over 100 calls a day![]()
Mud wrassle for cereal championship.
I'm partial to a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch for dinner
Breakfast food is kind of like chinese for me. I like it, but wind up hungry an hour or two later. Pretty much everyone else in the house thinks I'm subsequently bonkers for not eating breakfast food when I wake up, but instead might pop a hot pocket or make a sandwich. Probably somehow related to past migraine meds and caffeine losing its effect on me.
Got a collections notice today from Consumers Energy for a bill from 4 months ago. The fail? They sent it to an address I haven't lived at in 5+ years and I've had their service at three other addresses. Their excuse? Must of been a computer error.
Cinnamon Life or GTFO.
Cinnamon whatever is good. But fruity pebbles tasted like colorful soap.
Cookie Crisp motherfuckers.
Man, I was cereal picky, I did not like that one either. I don't like most hard cookie types though, and they tasted similar. They were never just right. Either chipping my tooth or complete mush.
