Lawl that's the most comical thing I've heard in awhile as doctors rarely understand how many variables are important when they give textbook advice.

I'm insulin resistant/ PCOS/ various other shit so when they say I need to eat whole grains and fruit and whole wheat and carbs I'm like um no, but they think they know what's best based on their own education.

While some aren't so black and white too many are so focused on what they know they aren't willing to accept other alternatives.

Personally I intermittent fast because I don't get hungry, so from 8/9pm to 9/10am next morning or later I do fine - will everyone, nope. And my metabolism got better based on what I ate and activities not on when.

My point is don't buy into that anyone knows best , do your own trial and error.

Complex carbs take longer to spike your insulin. Sure, many factors are important. Biochemistry is still biochemistry.

Going to watch Deadpool and get there like 10 minutes early and only 4 people there great. In the next few minutes completely fill up and after previews are over an entire mexiacan family of around 15 shows up and they of course all want to sit together in the same row the one I'm.

Luckily 4 of the kids were under 10 so yeah they left the movie before we even got to any nudity. It's like they thought it was R rated for no reason lol

I never had any interest in sushi until I went on a cruise and there was a high quality sushi bar on my boat and I realized how shit my local sushi places were.

Also saw Deadpool in a no-one-under-21 luxury place (Cinepolis) and it was fantastic. Reclining leather chairs, food/drink service, respectable people - I'm pretty sure I got as close to heaven as possible. (Going to copy that for the win section!)

I used to hate sushi myself then once when working at Marriott my managers ordered some and I was forever changed. It took awhile for my husband to like it but now we go regularly. There's this one place we love that's almost always a 30-45 minute wait but I don't mind because it's so good.

Can never get enough salmon sashimi with some soy sauce. Get it cut by a master and it's a fucking party in my mouth.

I'm not crazy about sushi, but I can handle it.
However, if you go to say, Sushi Boy, to try/have it, you're gonna end up hating sushi.
Unless you know the chef airplanes in his stock fresh daily (and thus, is gonna be hella pricey), I would not get sushi at any restaurant that is further than 50 miles from a saltwater fishing port.

That said, I'm still pretty vanilla about it and stick to tuna and salmon most of the time.
