I've got enough saved up to cover it, it's just going to be tight, especially with income taxes due shortly and working for someone who doesn't just take it directly out of my paycheck. AKA ramen for the next month.

Never understood the egg in ramen thing... then again I dishonor my famiry/ancestors by not liking eggs in the first place. Personally I like adding shredded cheddar and/or extra sauces like soy or teriyaki. Seaweed good too. Or just get good ramens

To bring the realness back to the fails, my roommates car (as much as I bitch about them, they aren't bad people) was broken into last night. She had left her purse in there and that's what was taken. (Not bad people, just stupid people.) They had even told me within the last month they had heard about some break ins and thefts. Anyway. I know it's probably kids looking for 'harmless' crimes, but my bike can be lifted by two strong enough people and thrown in the back of a pickup. Ughhh I don't want to worry about more things.

It's hard for me to feel bad for those who are fucking stupid like that. Granted when I lived in Washington state it was a foreign concept for people to lock their doors, meanwhile I deadbolt every door and check windows daily.

Still a shitty thing to happen and can potentially make others a target.

You must have lived in a different WA than I did. In Seattle area your shit's gone if it's unlocked. Camping at a friend's grandfather's nice piece of land in Montana, though, people literally left their keys in the car unlocked parked in their driveway overnight

My ex and I both came from low income upbringing and areas so it was culture shock for us living there.

Yeah I lived/stayed in a few places in western Washington and only time I remember it being like that was back when I was back in Spanaway. Which was probably a combination of it being a smallish town and still being in the 80s. When we moved to Tacoma and then Bellevue definitely stopped doing that.

When I was a little kid, I kinda had this problem. And it's not even that big of a deal, something like 8 percent of kids do it. For some reason, I don't know why. I would just kinda... sit around all day... and draw pictures of dicks.
