Random Fail: First World Problems

This used to happen to me. Check if you're going to www.bluegartr.com or just bluegartr.com. Without the www my laptop wasn't keeping the cookie correctly.

I finally got bored enough to try and fix my login issues. It turns out that all I needed to do was delete the BG specific cookies and login again and that seems to have fixed it. It's just odd because the first thing I did when I started having problems a few weeks ago was clear my cache/cookies.

I've been really frustrated so far looking for summer work. I knew I was going to need a summer job just until I could get a teaching job but shit I am getting stonewalled everywhere. My dad has already said that he is unwilling to help me out financially so basically if I don't start making some money soon I might lose my apartment.

I know English is a less desirable subject for this shit, but I used to get $25 an hour as an undergrad sophomore / junior tutoring math and physics through craigslist. 100% under the table.

You could try ESL tutoring or perhaps look at working at a daycare/summer camp over the summer?

Tutoring services are definitely a good place to try. Don't know what's in FL, but one of my friends worked for Kumon for a year or two before he found an engineering job. Another friend works as a teacher during the year and a tutor during the summer for Kaplan? maybe.

Both did Math tutoring, though. Maybe they need more Math tutors versus English? No idea.

Tutoring places are good but tend to pay less, have way stricter hiring guidelines, and are generally inundated with applicants from every field. Doing it privately and under the table is A+.

That's an understatement. Even if I could room with CS, I have a lease, and breaking my lease comes with a pretty hefty cost.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I'd taken a bit of a break from the job search and constant string of applications but I have a few new things I can look into at this point.

Like I'm legit considering running to the store and grabbing a bottle of that crap they have you drink the night before surgery before I go clean through like 5 fucking rolls of TP.

Went to returns pair of Jordans I bought like 2 weeks ago. The guy looks at the bottom and asks if I wore them, I said only in that store when I tried them on for a few minutes which is the truth. He said he can't return them only exchange cause they look worn cause of the white sole having a little brown on it. I'm like they were only worn in this store. He said he's sorry can only exchange, I can try sending them back through the mail or something.

Can I just exchange them and return the exchange? It's fucking bogus a waste of $135. I want to walk over a sink rinse them and hand them back to him. Bet his fucking shoes are perfectly white on the bottom. I even asked the lady when I bought then if I'd be able to return because of a pulled thread of they'd give me a hard time and she said it'd be fine.

You might be able to exchange them and then go back on another shift to return them. It really depends on the place and if they run it as a transaction and how their POS works.
