Think I'm gonna try to rinse off at home and return them to a different store. Really pissed that they were only worn in their own store for all of 5 min.

The policy is that they will only return unworn shoes. The shoes were put on and walked around in their store so he's saying he can't return only exchange. There is a little brown on them but that's cause of their floor lol.

I'll try the different store them get managers involved. I'm just wondering if worst case scenario I can get an exchange and return those. There isn't really any other shoes I want for that price (135) everything is either less or more. I do want the ultraflys but no matter what I lose a few dollars.

I was trying to find a pair of Jordans to use at the wedding but none really worked out, and these (galaxy) are a lot less comfortable than the Eclipse and ultraflys so I'm just going to go with a pair of those instead for personal use.

Not only am I having my first crying breakdown at work since my dad died a bit over a week ago but my body decided it's a great fucking day to be female so have the gift no one wants. I feel you. I used to work in a food place, and anytime someone started to give me the "you did this wrong" or the "you're robbing me of 'x' ", etc., I'd just pretend to care until they left. 9/10 times I can guarantee they were just trying to fleece me/the store during a transaction, or trying to complain their way to free shit. I don't tolerate that kind of behaviour. On the odd chance it was actually a mistake by the staff, it was corrected -- other than that though, screw them. Customers are dicks sometimes.
