You could also consider one of those tiny houses. I would never be able to really simplify my life enough to live in such a small space but if you're able to do it, you can get a pretty awesome deal and a lot of freedom to move wherever in the future.
What part? And do you still come around these parts? Should totally grab food and a drink one day if you do.
I've thought about that. It would all depend on price. I think 175k would be outside my comfort range, but I feel you. Also it'sAround here it's mostly condo's. There's a board, but not a HOA. They're not super restrictive, just require that you get approval before you do any work on the place to make sure the person has the proper licenses etc.
I've seen them and as awesome as they are, I'm not prepared to give up my luxuries, ha ha, fuck that biz. My 65" is coming with me wherever I go!
really what i was referring to was HOA fees which can really be like adding 10s of thousands of dollars to your mortgage. idk where you live so maybe your local HOA fees will be less than 100 bones but all I see around here are 300+ a month and its rare that they are even as low as 300.
Ain't tossing up my Bestchester creds on here. Too many crazies. North of White Plains somewhere. It's lovely. In Manhattan now but my brother lives up along the river these days and I get up there as often as possible, especially this time of year.
Have to spend 2 weeks in Atlanta for training starting the 6th. Really not looking forward to being stuck out there. Any recommendations for things to see? Or great food spots?
Anything north of Yonkers is canada.
I don't think that's fair to the rest of NYS. Canada is much less appealing.
I'm gonna have to stop going out drinking in the middle of the week when I have to be at work by 8:30am the next day. Shit I'm getting old. Riding the struggle bus today.
I woke up today. That's where it starts.
Also, did a small line of credit to cover dental work a month ago because lol american health care, and even though it's small it dropped my scores by like 30 and 20. I was so close to being in the bright pretty green that I'm just salty now. Fuck you life, America and just about everything. fhkdjsfhkdsfsdkjfhsdkjfsdhkjfsd
Shouldn't have even bothered waking up. /salty
The fuck?
You woke up. That's a positive.
should have taken out like 10racks of credit and your scores would have gone up
Yep. Credit is awesome.
^^
Eh, I'm just salty cause I had been working real hard at the credit score thing and now it dropping is just making me pissy. It's a very small card to be used for doctor/prescription related stuff, and to help eventually build the credit back up better. It's the long con and I hate waiting. And it gets my cavities filled, so.
I did find out the new BO3 DLC is out so there's that, and I get to make money later so the day isn't a loss.
You're just mad that my credit is higher than yours. lol
Stop flirting in every thread. I'm trying to be self-important here.
