eh, shes just generating ad revenue for some prick, not gonna lose her life savings or anything. it's probably the least harmful kind of scam.
It doesn't take dental school, ya dingus. You haven't provided anything to prove it wrong, nor has anyone else. Even Byrth's post just says brush more. Oh well if you want to believe brushing can't fight genetics or whatever dumbshit you were thinking, go ahead and keep believing it.
Uh no a cavity is a result of acids wearing away the enamel which can be lactic acid from bacteria or phosphoric/carbonic/acetic acid from food.
Unless you never dropped an egg in Coke.
Other things that cause cavities:
Osteoporosis (under the tooth at the root)
Genetics
Anything sour
Poor flossing habit
Also, relatively few bacteria like low ph in the mouth. They don't thrive because of the acid they thrive because of the sugar. The acid just helps eat the enamel.
I guess the take home message is, brush and floss after drinking soda beverages every time, every can.
Don't let the acid win.
Yes, use bleach instead I concur.
Stop drinking soda.
anyone with an ounce of ANY kind of medical experience can tell you just how individually tailored everyone's health is. it's common fucking sense, not some homeopathic bullshit. burden of proof is on you, you're the one asserting that genetics play no role.
i see your strawman, there, in bold. very cute. too bad that's not at all what i said and you know it.
i read strawmen and shit arguments all day for fun. think i cant spot one in a section i dont moderate? naw, son. the fuck outta here with that.
Bane, stop drinking soda and go off some sweet jumps instead.
I had a soda yesterday. All my teeth fell out of my head.
Bold is some heavy fucking irony. That's the biggest strawman so far in this discussion. FNH in no way suggested that genetics play no role. He quite clearly said "you need to brush enough", or in other words, if you get cavities, that means brush more, because what you were doing was not enough. That is entirely consistent with the concept of genetics impacting oral hygiene.
Code Red and Baja Blast are the only sodas I miss since going low-carb. The diet's easy enough otherwise, but I keep seeing bottles of Code Red in my cafeteria at work and it's a struggle some mornings.
Fuck, Blubb is here.
Yes, Blubb, it is consistent. Which is why I pointed that out. Which he ignored and continued to argue his point. Implying he disagrees, without ever actually stating it. A very popular mealy-mouthed tactic.
Bane, sweet jumps. Focus.
The thread name is really pulling it's weight right now.
In other news, I lost my workout headphones somehow and the replacements I bought are pink. I ordered blue.![]()
