For what its worth California isn't the only state to allow lane splitting. Nevada allows it now. But there are provisions on when and how you do it here that I can't remember. (I don't ride)
Oh, that's right. I forgot about this.
It only permits splitting while traffic is stopped, but that's far better than nothing. It still eliminates the rear-ending bikers issue.

So I found out that my wife(Legally) fucked some dude last night. Kicked her out. Laughed in her face. My rage is in full circle right now. I'm so pissed off I'm laughing.
So you're married, but not in a relationship? Are you in process of getting divorced or something? If so, why give a shit if she's sleeping around? This is a really weird situation.
net worth -50% unless of course you are in debt, then congratulations!
Yeah, we're technically married and we're planning to file soon. I give a shit because she's been using me for years. I kicked her out about a month and a half ago, and she got kicked out of the place she was staying. I told her she could stay with me until she could find a place of her own as long as she doesn't fuck me over with this bullshit because I had feelings for her still.
I know everything is a bit raw at the moment, and you are feeling very hurt but I feel like there must be more to this.
Did she sleep with this man in you're house?
If so, then yes I feel like you're justified in being quite upset to a very large degree, other than that... to me it seems like youre relationship for all intensive purposes was over and you have no right to say who she kisses/fucks/dates/ loves. Everyone hates that feeling when you see you're Ex or that person you were really into with someone else, especially if you still have feelings for them. However, people 'recover' from breakups at different paces; someone may take 12months before they even think about looking at someone after a long relationship whereas others might only need 3 months.
Again, I'm sure this issue is more complicated than the few lines you've posted but it if she genuinely had no where else to go and you took her in it doesn't allow you to dictate her behaviour. She has 'disrespected' you [although it seems that a more accurate way of describing it is that she did something which she is more than entitled to do, of which you felt hurt because of youre lingering feelings for her in a relationship that is over] and you responded by handing out justice with the righteous might akin to that of Solomon.
I do indeed hope that this woman has somewhere to go tonight, and for the near future or youre area has good homeless services. She was in a vulnerable position (financially?/ home-situation) and she was inhabiting a domicile where there was intense power differentials (you decided if and when she could sleep there).
Getting over someone can be rough. Rougher still when they are still around you every day or make up a meaningful part of your life still. However, the 'recovering' stage should come from you and shouldnt be regulated wholly by the actions or inactions of other people.
I really wish the US used dashcams more, I assume they'll become more common like here in Korea soon. So much easier to tell who is at fault when accidents happen, even when they don't happen to you but happen near you. Our dashcam even records for up to 2 days in parking mode so that it will detect when there is motion nearby the car and record video just in case someone goes near the car while it's parked. I need to get my husband to finish editing the video I caught a few weeks ago of a crazy driver that almost caused an accident on my way back from school... I should have sent it to police but since he didn't actually cause an accident (at least while he was in range of me) it wasn't a priority. I'll post it here for laughs once we get it to work... for some reason Premiere has had trouble encoding the footage properly, something about the framerate difference between the front and rear cameras.
His house, his rules. If he is specifically going out of his way to help her (after whatever has already happened in the past and they had gone their separate ways), and it is under the condition that she does not do [X], and then she goes out of her way to do one of the most emotionally damaging things possible to accomplish [X] regardless of, or even to spite his wishes, then her ass is out the door. To let crap like that continue means that either you are an emotional doormat, or have a serious case of co-dependance.
Spoiler: show
You're right, there is a lot more to the story. Yes, I don't have the right to say who she can and cannot date. However, I've been in a very unstable state since February. I've had to call the suicide helpline a few times and day dream of ways to off myself. As a man, I feel like a failure. The failure that couldn't keep his family together and couldn't keep them happy. I needed time away from her so I can recover.
Back in March I caught her cybering with her friend and she promised me that she wouldn't speak to him so she can continue living here. Then in April, I found out that she was still talking to this guy and I kicked her out. A week later she had to move back in because she got kicked out of that place as well. I immediately took her in because she had my son but I told her not to fuck with me like that while she's living with me. I wouldn't care one bit of who she slept with if she wasn't basically living off of me like she has been for two years. Maybe I over reacted, but she felt the need to continue lying even when caught even with evidence right in her face that says otherwise. I can't handle her being here right now. I do need time to recover and I'm sick and tired of being taken advantage of. I'm just rambling at this point, so I'm just going back to bed.
Spoken like a state social worker. Way to spin the victim wheel though. It is her behavior that put her in the situation that she is in. She is playing him just like she has been doing for the last 2 years and he finally had enough AFTER she did the one thing she promised him she would not do. Empathy for her is misplaced at this point. Feel bad for the kid and advocate for a better situation for him, but don't feel bad for her at all. Let her suffer the consequences of her actions.
Fuck that bitch.
