I check my food every time now. I've had enough run-ins with fast food places.

Hell one time I didn't find out they fucked up my order until I got home and they wanted me to bike 4 miles back to replace the sandwich. I wasn't doing 8 miles (round trip) for a sandwich so I said I'd bring it back next time in the area.

Threw it in the freezer and brought it back a month and a half later w/ the receipt when I was in that area again and got my redo on the sandwich

I don't have words for this...

so i think maybe this sore throat is my body reacting to one of my medications. It may have been kicked off by my allergies, but the way my symptoms are spiking lines up consistently with when i take my meds. thinking things through, i have two main suspects:

acetaminophen (tylenol), and loperamide. tylenol wouldn't be a big deal. i only ever take it if pain is keeping me awake, so it's not really part of my normal regimen.

loperamide, tho, is pretty goddamn crucial. it's one of the two key medications in my treatment plan. the first, remicade, targets the crohn's directly, interfering with my immune system's normal functions to give my body a chance to heal. the second, loperamide, slows down my intestinal muscles (which i suspect are stuck on permanent "this is poison" mode due to the crohn's) giving me a chance to actually digest things. if it's the loperamide (which i'm afraid fits better with the timing of the new symptoms) i'll be back to shitting my brains out. oh also, i've been on a clinical dose of loperamide for like 4 years now, and it's an opiate, so my body has formed a dependency on it. I go through withdrawal if I miss a dose. So that'll be fun.

Honestly, I'm convinced half of CS' stories are pure bullshit. I know ghetto. I grew up in Spanish Harlem and Washington Heights in the late 80's and the entirety of the 90's. I've seen bums fight for a dollar cuz Jose was bored and made them do it. I've seen crackheads fresh off giving a blowjob excited as shit with their dealers. I've played basketball in the middle of a shootout because some dudes didn't receive their welfare check on time. But CS...this nigga's shit exceeds and surpasses logical ghetto.

Every time I read his stories I can't help but think, that's bullshit nigga and you know it. I interrogate people for a living and I'm working on my polygraph certification and CS is a blatant textbook definition of "nah son."
