I've always kept my mouth shut about CS and his retarded poor stories, but this returned sandwich a month and half later is straight up bullshit and he knows it.

Oh it's certainly not normal/intentional. I literally forgot it in the freezer. Otherwise I would have brought it back within a couple of days. The whole point was I wasn't going to turn around and go another 8 miles to get a replacement sandwich, but instead just wait for a time I'd actually be in the area so I wouldn't have to go 45 mins out of my way to get another sandwich
Nah son.
And that took a month? It's just a fucking sandwich lol
Much like the bottom of the receipt, which typically indicates you can't bring food back a month after purchasing it.
Apparently the employee didn't read it either. They just had me throw it away and gave me a free sandwich
because the symptoms have been spiking in intensity a few hours after taking them. i didn't sleep last night. i took some tylenol and a loperamide before bed. after about an hour, there was a dip in the pain levels, but the slight improvements i'd made throughout the day started to revert, and by about three hours after taking them the pain was back to as bad as it'd been. but, the period i felt the best was right before i took the pills, at the end of the day, which is the longest part of the cycle, when my meds have worn down to their lowest potency.
i'm currently running a kind of test. i'll be taking all my meds but the loperamide, which i will put off as long as possible to give my body a chance to recover. i simply won't be taking tylenol. if the effects of not taking the loperamide become unbearable, that's a fairly quick remedy. I shouldn't be at any risk in doing all this. My doses are well within the clinical range: only 2mg at a time, once when i wake up and again in the late evening, usually near bed time. that's down from the bad old days of 4mg at a time 2-3 times a day, haha. The withdrawal comes, I think, simply from having been on it for so long.
edit: oh also, the symptoms line up with observed side-effects for both loperamide and tylenol. sore throat, swollen lymph nodes in the neck, possibly dry throat (so hard to tell because it fucking hurts. like, disproportionately to how much it feels like it should)
Though I was curious if it fast food receipts actually said that, so a quick google search and

That actually amazes me.
Bane, you're taking things that suppress immune reactions, so of course your lymph nodes are going to swell.
Maybe they can give you something not opiate-derived?
well yeah, but they don't normally, and i'm not running a fever. if it were a severe reaction to environmental allergies i would have expected it to have abated somewhat by now, having retreated to my fortress of solitude-and-no-cats.
yeah, i'm gonna ask about that if my testing does indicate it's the loperamide. my breathing is unrestricted, and as miserable as i am i don't think i'm in any particular danger from this, so unless that changes i'm going to wait until the next business day, regardless. should give my body time to change status in some way.
This could also just be a mystery symptom. I've had those before. For a while my feet and ankles were EXTREMELY tender, like they'd swollen up with fluids. i wore support socks for a while and eventually it just went away on its own. if this is just a random body tantrum or something, i'm hoping it abates quickly.
between medications, crohn's's unique and shifting presentation, my own body's idiosyncrasies (like allergies), diet, and environmental factors, the variables change so often so fast and so completely that it's always a bit of a guessing game whenever something goes wrong. But I'm sure you know that.
Ippudo Paris wasn't as good as the ones in NYC and everything else here is Udon.
The edema is a little concerning, but it did go away with the socks so that's good.
I'd let your pcp know that.
The loperamide tones down smooth muscle contraction, so that's probably why you had the feet thing going on. It seems to be rather common. It's just fluid retention but they may be able to give you something to help with it.
I wish I could explain the rest of it, but I don't have your labs and I'm not your doctor so I can't.![]()
Just went through 200 resumes and they all suck balls. People don't know how to write a resume. Some things I came across.
-person was charged with confiding there BF and beating the shit out of them.
- person resume was days they could work, and how much they want to get paid, and contact information. Experience : retail was written on it.
-putting your marital status is semi-common
I'm offering a supervisor position and a cashier / merchandiser position. got 2nd degree oil burns about a month ago and I'm still red. Wish there was something I could use to get rid of the redness, at least.
welp, my testing failed to yield a result. symptoms seem totally independent of my medication after all. yay! but now i'm stuck with a mystery symptom until tuesday, and it fucking hurts like a bitch.
