She came to work yesterday before i got in to meet with the bosses, and while she was waiting she was going around to every employee saying "look at this horrible disgusting text he sent me". She was told that it has to be kept confidential until its resolved, and shes going around telling the whole world of the situation trying to get sympathy.

Thats because she went and told everyone. From there, the people who were at work when she did that start talking, and then when I get in people come to me and say "hey, so and so happened and X is saying this and that"

Stop giving a damn about other coworkers and just do your job. Do nothing else to escalate this and let HR deal with all the BS.

I pretty much zone out, heck even deny the existence of the snowflake in my group because trying to be rational with her about simple work instructions or safety tips doesn't work. I always defer her questions about work to our supervisor because if I give an answer she doesn't like, she gets all hissy fit like it's my fault I gave her a bad answer. I give her no ammunition to be angry with me because I'm doing my work. Sure my body language is hostile to her, but I already have resting 'angry with everything' face at work with how frustrating everything is already. I don't need her drama to add to the shit on my plate. Become a social zombie to her and earn your paycheck.

She called HR directly, didnt like the answer they gave (its not a threat), so she came back to quit, then said she will be contact WCB (workers comp board) citing stress from being bullied at work.

Honestly bro, that should be more concerning than anything. You were right that people were reading your description of events with the assumption that you're a prick, but right now, it doesn't matter if you were a prick or not. This bitch is incredibly likely to lawyer up and you can expect a personal lawsuit against you, as well as the company. It's SOP from lawyers in a situation like this to do two cases at once, to make stuff look egregious when in reality it's an overreaction to literally nothing. It encourages quick settlements.

The main point is that if she does lawyer up and you become a liability to the store, be damned sure that the store isn't going to back you. It's retail, they'll let you go and move on. I'm glad you have faith in the store and people you work for, but when it comes to money, they will trim the fat as fast as they can. When they do, they'll take all minor reasons into account.

I hope it goes as you said, and fades into oblivion. This is a perfect case for people spinning the narrative to try and strengthen their case.

Shes not planning to sue the store cause of me, she's planning to sue the store because the company "failed to protect her from me", and "management not doing their job properly", this has gone beyond me now.

And if the company fires me to save their ass, I'll sue for wrongful termination.

She has been escalating over and over until she gets her way.

Depending on what state you live in (if it's a right to work state), your workplace can fire you for whatever the fuck they want as long as it's not discriminatory based on race/gender/sexual preference. If this chick tells them "fire Nynja or I sue", yeah, they can fire you to save face and you are shit outta luck.
