People are right. She walks up with a lawyer or anything resembling it. You're toast.

All joking aside, start tossing out resumes. If she gets a lawyer your company is going to turn on you faster than you can blink. Do you have any documentation of your boss telling you to talk to her? If so save it. Save any shitty email or text from her as well. Documentation is your only friend right now. The one positive side that you have to all of this is that if they fire you, you can attempt to file a wrongful termination suit.
Coming from a large company I am stunned that your employers treated this in such a lackadaisical manner. What's more, it sounds like they kept you aware of their thoughts and actions, which again, large no no. It shows favoritism. Good luck dude.
All this because you wouldn't slip her the D.
She's a stage 5 clinger, and I never touched her. She's one honestly an emotionally unstable crazy bitch, and no one should ever stick their dick in crazy.
Spoiler: show
Get a real job where you will just work with normals. YOU'RE WELCOME
My ex-husband apparently printed out a bunch of e-mails from the not-so-good times of our relationship, which was basically the whole thing, and kept them in some binder or something. Well my son just happened to find those and started questioning me about the content of my e-mails like I'm Hilary fucking Clinton.
I don't have enough booze to handle this.
Side note, what kind of psycho-ass motherfucker keeps emails from 2003 and leaves them just lying around without thinking, "Hmm, this shit is irrelevant to my life, I should probably just ditch these?"
Without knowing the content of the emails, I'm judging the content includes a bunch of colorful words as well as a bunch of non-pleasantries, so he probably kept them incase you decide to go after him for whatever reason.
Right now, I'm wishing I didnt set my phone to delete texts older than 30 days because I was running out of space, and I kept a bunch of older texts from that crazy girl at work.
I mean, the kids live with his family - we both came to that agreement. We've been divorced since 2009. I have nothing against him, nor am I going to sue for custody or anything, because we came to this agreement amicably. We are civil to each other and I stay out of his life as much as he stays out of mine. The only purpose those emails serve is to open up old shit that should have been buried, and cause my kids more anxiety than they really need. I told my son that sometimes, people who are angry at each other say things that are really mean.
I could see if we were still in the process of a divorce, but that's been final, and I have the paperwork. We've only recently had disagreements about if/when the kids should come visit me, which will probably happen now that they're getting older and could travel as unaccompanied minors, once I have the money. Either that or he's still bitter and he wants my kids to hate me, which I doubt but I suppose it could happen. But he wasn't exactly nice, either, so it isn't going to make either of us look good.
He could just be some weirdo that holds onto things like that for whatever reason or he could be being overly caution.
Just because it appears to be legally over and you are over it doesn't mean he doesn't have reason to be concerned. We live in the day and age when years after the fact prenups get thrown out because a judge doesn't think it's fair. Or years after raising a kid suing people who aren't the biological parent's and didn't raise the kid for support and winning. Or custody suddenly change on a whim of a judge or cps. Or "kids" that are legally adults suing both of their parents for child support and winning. Or in Nynja's case some bitch randomly making problems where there are none that could still cost him his job. In todays super litigation heavy society it's sadly become prudent to keep a record of basically any less than amicable encounters or ones that could be later claimed to be. That said don't leave that shit laying around for the kids to find
In overall ridiculous litigation yeah America wins hands down. In the specific type of legal cases involving well basically anything modern feminism rallies for Canada tends to worse. So I could definitely see this being spun as big bad man continuing the tradition of making work environments hostile for women. Doesn't even really matter if there is no chance of winning. Heck a lot of lawsuits against companies are done knowing they wont win because if shit doesn't get thrown out immediately it will cost the company big and they will likely settle in some fashion
Divorce is never really over, not when there are children involved.
The fact you texted them to initiate a meeting shows how poor of a supervisor / manager you are. And the last line was not needed.
Why did the manager ask you to handle it? Sorry late.

Like I said, I'll let you guys know when I get fired / sued.
Oh, one thing I forgot to mention, this girl is a full-fledged SJW (which probably makes matters worse for me lol)
