Can we hop back to the question of how he's affording this? I imagine it's she that's affording it. How does the entire financial aspect of this relationship work out?

I mean, he's mentioned a few times now that she's the one buying the house and therefore his opinion on it doesn't really matter. Tbh I think it's pretty shit to let man-guilt lock someone into a home they supposedly hate because they're not the breadwinner paying the mortgage. Marriage is a partnership etc etc. What do I know, though.
I would honestly recommend doing some research before you put an offer on another house. You seem dreadfully uneducated on the subject in general especially with your hand waving of the finances, and you do not want to go jumping into a 200K+ house without even having a rough idea of what your monthly payment is going to be. Do the research for your own area, ignore all the people telling you that the house is worth X, and figure that out yourself to determine what you are comfortable paying.
And do not actually bid the max you are willing to pay. If you wanted to actually pay 240K, you should have bid something like 230-235K so you have some wiggle room. If 2K is going to make or break you, you are paying way too fucking much for your first house. Either get something cheaper, or save for longer. It isn't like you can just turn around and sell it for an immediate profit. Closing costs, agent fees, transfer fees (if applicable), HOA fees (if applicable), repairs/replacements, and taxes are all going to take a wet bite out of your ass almost immediately.
Learn about agents.
Learn about mortgages.
Learn about mortgage rates.
Learn about housing prices in your area.
Learn about home maintenance and it's costs.
Learn about bidding and being in contract.
Once you do that, now go bid on houses. Don't be stupid, don't get all defensive, do it correctly so that this is a good life experience instead of a bad one. Of all people, you do not need more shit and stress in your life. If it doesn't seem worth it, keep renting.
Purchased my father's birthday present from Amazon yesterday, but forgot to tick the options to gift-wrap it. Now I have to go buy wrapping paper, tape and a bow.
Fuck my feet. Went thru 3 shoe stores yesterday and could only find one that wasn't too tight on the toes even going with the widest size and a full 1-2 size too long. Got that pair but now it's feeling tight and can't tell if it's new shoe thing or not... and by the time I can figure out they probably tell me I can't return them. And can't seem to find any anything close to my old ones style that worked well
Even better when I try to put it on my card it gets denied for some reason. So I try debit works just fine but no points wtf. Like 3 minutes later get a text from my bank saying they blocked the transaction and were asking if my charging shoes from a store literally across the street from my house is a fraudulent charge. But putting it on debit card totes makes it less suspicious right?
Gather round kiddies it's time for more tales of horrible customers.
So customer is out of an area where we actually service but nearby is a convenient place which we happen to drive by to the town we actually doing work. Customer is like yeah I can be there when you drive by so we can service them up real quick. Real nice give them a 2 hour window of when we expect to be there. Get there and no one there. Try calling multiple numbers. No one answers. Wait for like an hour before calling the boss. Boss can't get ahold of them thru the contact numbers they gave us either. Finally hunts down a number that they answer and customer is like oh well my driver should be there soon he left 15 minutes ago. Fucker he was supposed to be here an hour ago. But ok. Wait another 30 minutes. Customer is no longer answering her phone but we manage to hunt down the drivers number. He aint even started driving to the meeting area yet cause he thought he could take his time cause we said we'd get there between 9-11 and it was only 1030. Wtf man an appointment window isn't when you show up it's when the people you call expect to be there. And to top it off he still gets there after 11 anyways.
Luckily boss aint taking this one lying down and we now gunna charge them the rate we would if we went out to them instead of the discount we normally give for people to come meet us somewhere we gunna be anyways.
good for your boss. customers take advantage of shit way too often. the customer is definitely not always right.
Haven't owned a bathing suit in like a decade and can't be assed to go shopping for one. Ordered online.
Hope my friends all want the shape of my flaccid dick burned into their retinas all night.
Oh well.
Honestly, I don't really see your junk bulging in the shorts. Maybe if the picture was higher resolution we could see the small details.
Those are some ugly ass trunks.
Next time make your girl buy you a pair.
Was reading an interview with Aaron Paul about voice acting the new FFXV movie thing and saw at the bottom a weird "status" from my roommate's ex. Thought it was weird, so I checked her Facebook and she's an editor at one of the game sites that shall not be named. Fail is that the interview was pretty terrible.
Anything longer than the shorts I wear for squatting can fuck off though because tan lines. Board shorts are not for me.
