I'm posting from my office back in the Bronx. The FDR was open both ways, but the exit right under the UN was backed up with security checking cars and everyone else was getting off at 59th St. 1st Ave was closed between like 40th and 54th or something. After my meeting on 39th I went south and picked up the FDR at 34th to go north to the Bronx.

When my ex twisted her ankle at a slipknot/trivium concert back in montreal, the ambulance ride was 100$.

She was pretty drunk, maybe it was sprained and not a twist. She was on crutches after.

More importantly: I wound up missing trivium.

I'd still hobble around till got a regular appointment which I've actually done and then got yelled at because it swelled up so bad they thought I broke it. Psh if it was broke I definitely would've hauled my ass in a lot quicker. But I guess people do dumb stuff when drunk. should've told her to suck it up aint missing show for anything less than a break!

I sprained both of my ankles playing soccer one season and then again in the spring playing lacrosse. Iced them the rest of the day and then wore braces on them full time during the season. Was back playing, but was uncomfortable.

Sitting here with shooting pain down my back to my foot. Wondering if I should gimp it to a class where nothing ever happens or just go to bed and see my chiro tomorrow.

If you have enough problems you got a Chiro should probably at least consider seeing him. Depends on the person though mine always recommend giving it a day or so of rest unless you just did something to it as pains like this can come and go as you are in the process of correcting whatever you are going for

I narrowly escaped back surgery this year. I just don't want to put in the effort hobbling across campus for a class that is shit.

Another lovely fucking Monday at work. Before lunch I had to defend myself due to my managers and others inability to effectively communicate thus having guests pissed off at me.

No fuck that shit , you don't put the appointment in either of the two systems then get annoyed when we have no clue you've contacted said person. Mistakes happen but I'm tired of my department taking the blame for incompetence.

a previous apt community I lived in (a nice one in Houston) had some kind of fuck-up where electronic payments weren't showing up in their system. they printed out a bunch of eviction flyers and walked around putting them on doors. I freaked out when I got home thinking I had missed it then was livid that they were so eager to "YOURE EVICTED" everyone
