Random Fail: First World Problems

Went to a wedding last weekend, shit was pgreat. Cept, when I stepped out to take a piss and came back the thing had turned into a rave and was pitch black. I'm always walking w/ authority/purpose and bumped into a fucking chair; my tibia was hurting like a motherfucker. THEN I sat on a seat belt buckle and fucked up my tailbone. One in a million, doc.

Got a project dumped on me out of right field by our new VP. It needs handled by Thursday and has repercussions in the 10 - 15 million dollar range for our future budget. Slightly stressed atm.

Fuck just had another bike tube randomly start gushing air while sitting on the floor decently after I'm done with my ride. Beginning to think these thicker tubes aren't as good as they say since I've done 4 so far this year while the original cheaper thinner ones lasted a good 1.5-2 years each

edit: super duper plot twist actually the tube itself held out. But just like the last time the part where it connects with the valve failed. Just turns out my tire for the most part holds the air in like a boss so the air would only leak thru this one spot glass wore on which made it seem like that's where the tire was leaking

I have a question for BG; it's not really a fail but kinda sorta is?

so yesterday I'm in the bathroom where I work and some guy comes up to the sinks and washes his hands, and as I'm leaving he says "oh hey nice tattoo." I'm a bit nonplussed because I don't expect random conversation from strangers in the bathroom so I just say "uh, thanks!" and walk out. he walks out right behind me and he's kinda cute, so I turn around in the hallway and say "do you have any?" and he's like "no." and then I'm just like "ah, have a good one" and head on my way. super awkward.

today I see him again, he's washing his hands as I'm at the urinal, and I did notice him glance over at one point. when I'm done he's still washing his hands. I walk by and say "how's it going?" and he does the head nod; I keep walking. end of interaction.

question is: is this guy potentially into me? I have really bad radar for that sort of thing. but it seems very odd that he would ask that out of the blue. but then again the second time he didn't say anything. maybe he's just friendly?

IDK. he's really cute. he works in a totally different department though, and I have no way of knowing who he is or purposefully running into him.

Just took a test for a county job and I kind of feel stupid after. Some of the grammar and filing shit threw me for a loop but tried to stay logical about it.

I usually excel at these things but I won't know if I passed/failed for several weeks. At least the interview is 100% versus this part of the test.

my own FWP: graphics card definitely dead, and i'm pretty sure i caught a cold. but my gf made me breakfast in bed (MOTHAFUCKIN PANCAKES) and my lego group started this week so i got that goin for me which is nice.

oh i knew that right away. When I first met her, she was baking cupcakes.

also, her pancakes are amazing. They're fluffy, but not excessively so. And they have a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. Best pancakes I've ever had, bar none.

So weeks later since got new work computer and still working on the old one because boss still hasn't contacted the guy who set up the network for passwords... old comp is loud as a leaf blower idling and lagging under fairly easy loads now and I'm too afraid to do updates because last time it took about an hour to restart and another one before I could really do anything due to insane lag "right" after start up

the loudness might be solved by cleaning it. it might not, too, but cleaning computers is always worth it.

Oh yeah did that a little before it started getting really bad. It's gotten worse since then. It's just an old comp that was rode hard as a gaming comp and went on to retirement as the office pc several years ago. It's had a good run but it's time to put her down

Had to go back to orthopedic doctor for coninuining and worsening issues with right hand even though carpal tunnel release was done in 2014. I have to get another nerve study done now. FML
