Whelp today was round 3 of car vs bike. Pretty sure I won this one though (we'll see how my shoulder is doing in the morning I suppose) but since I definitely lost the first one and 2nd one was a draw pretty sure I'm in a sudden death match with the next asshole that decides drive into me.

One slightly positive thing that restored my faith in humanity was some random dude walking by immediately ran up seeing if I needed help, offered to call 911 and confirmed he saw everything and would be a witness if things went that way and was yelling at the driver
