4 Breast of chicken boneless, skinless (I prefer two myself)
1 packet of Ranch dressing (make as it says on the back) - Requires 16 oz. sour cream
12 oz of Frank's Red Hot
2 bars of cream cheese
8 oz of Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

-Bake the chicken breasts - I do this by seasoning it with salt & pepper and wrapping it in tin foil, then putting it in the oven for 45 minutes or so at about 400 degrees. I'm sure you know how to cook chicken, though.
-Melt the cream cheese and the ranch dressing in a pot and mix all together.
-Shred the chicken (has to be in really small pieces), and mix the hot sauce together, and then layer the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken and hot sauce, then put the Monterey cheese and bake on 400 for 30-40 min until it's bubbling. Once you pull out of the oven mix all together, and serve with chips or celery.

there it is, some changes though:
-16 oz monterey cheese, not 8
-bake the completed product at 425 for 20-30
-I wanna experiment by using sriracha instead of frank's, but I have more of the latter so I haven't attempted it yet

My biggest fear is being eaten alive by a zombie while underwater drowning. So no. Scuba diving is not on my schedule.
