worst bench in the world, both technique and strength, and I guess my power clean technique must not be busted or something
also power clean is 5x3 instead of 3x5 but still what gives
my 3x5 bench is 127.5 which is pretty laughable, but my power clean is at 122.2
I have no doubts that I'll be able to up it by 2.5 kg each session until it passes my bench, while my bench keeps a-rollin' upwards at 2.5 lb/session with no end in sight
