And by "that well", you mean the descriptions are next to useless. Lot of cruor for these, don't really feel like playing a guessing game with which are useful.

On the JP forum they said this morning that staggers will not lend to enhancing the chance of treasure for the final chapter of VW but instead each stagger would progressively weaken the target's attack power, defense power and TP useage. I wonder if those will be automatic or if these KI do that and they accidentally left them in since the final chapter was supposed to be released but pushed back today.
