    Gonna chime in on gold not making near as much as people think. Back before synergy, you could make some gil on the +5 stat rings. There was also kaiser gear (small market).

    With the level cap raise, all of the regular synths went away. Nobody wants +5 rings when there are 6 and 7 rings readily available. And no one wants kaiser gear (sat on a -1 piece for 3 months before finally selling it).

    Our biggest gil maker atm is desynthing geodes into gems. It's barely worth it or not worth it to make them into rings/earrings on my server. Not to mention you need synergy leveled to do that. Combine that with the fact that no one seems to want any of our new synths, and you have a lot of rather angry goldsmiths.

    Ormolu ingot was confirmed from Vanasarvik, the T1 Aht Urghan vw in Mount Z. It also drops nothing people want, so expect the supply to be completely non-existant after people get wins on it. (not that the supply really exists now either)

    Yeah I had one guy tell me that's where he got it but he was jp so not sure how well got the message across. Plus haven't seen anyone else say so/screenshot.

    Tbh I don't really get the point of all this abj stuff to begin with. Augmenting seems impossible right now. And droprates are so rediculously low and go to random people most the time so even those that do drop will often go to waste that there most likely wont be enough of a market for a crafter to even really consider going for an HQ to augment anyways. And then the lucky crafter with the HQ finding the person with the gil to waste on what is usually at best a sidegrade that happens to have that abj....

    And as far as darksteel hexaguns go, just say to yourself every time you have to synth one: "at least it doesn't require a plastron"...

    Yeah right now I'm running into O ingot problems though. At first they were selling for 40-60k and I could get lots as long as I went higher end or up to 80k... now everyone and there mom is buying them right away for 80-100k .

    As bad as plastron is it's looking like I might actually have better luck farming for that then the ingots. Unless I can somehow convince large groups of people to repeatidly farm something that doesn't drop anything worh the loss of inventory space.... Be better if it was off a T2 lol. I seriously get the feeling exactly 0 thought was put into this whole thing. It was just oh look lets fill drop slots. As such once I hit 104 I will probably stop or maybe try to make the 1 non cursed item left I can. Probably quit since my invent is getting icky with all these random items for the guns. Plus instead of making money fishing I'm not even breaking even. Time for another relic I think while I wait for SE to grow a brain

    Sooooo I've mined in Gusta[s], Gusgen and both Movalpolos...no sign of Palladain or Tokcha ores, and I'd be very surprised if they load in Palborough or Zeruhn mines, or yughott (total noob areas). Theres no really any other options for freespawn accessibility other than some of the new mobs SE added since the 80 cap.

    Not seen it mentioned but in WW Jacaranda lumber caps at 103, Thalassocrat and Winged Altar seems to be higher, probably 104 and Rosschinder is 103 or lower. At 103 the only 2 WW recipes the HQ NPC gives me are Nathushne and Flete Pole.

    I have noticed that Movalpolis have been under some nation's control for the last few weeks, could be a place to start looking.

    I did about an hr in oldton, nothin new. Did about 30 in newton, same thing...its a fuckin pain to mine there (go look at a map and youll see why)

    You think gobs could be droppin em? Bugbears are known to drop certain ores...so its not impossible...its worth my time to check.

    I am on old-school miner, I know how bad it is to mine in Newton.

    It is a distinct possibility that gobs or bugbears drop something. I find it very strange that Movalpolis has not been under beastmen control for nearly a month now. (I pay attention to regional vendors for cooking supplies.)

    No, but he's suggesting that people have been in the area killing stuff. lv99 chars wouldnt be able to sway regional influence since all of oldton is TW (unless someone is using low lvl chars for some reason?), and I dont know how else you could sway regional influence since theres no NPC to trade items to in exchange for CP.

    killed about 20 bugbear's in newton, as well about 40 moblins up and down....nada.

    Killed a couple Kuftal Delvers, nothing new. Couple gold ore for my time, but thats about it

    16 aura sculputures...nada (small sample size yeah yeah, king crawlers are dropping wyrdstrand at 16.7%, and 3boxing mobs IT to 99 is shitty). Another GoV page this morning, nada.

    I'm not sure what other "new" mobs could be considered suspects for dropping ore. Fuckin dumb, and right up SE's alley to have wyrdstrand and squamous hides be farmable from freespawn mobs and thokcha / palladain ores are VW only, despite having the same general purpose (being used in the new heavy/light/mage armor sets)

    nurigomeyumi105

    Flete pole and Nathushne are still the only two synths left. I forgot to keep track of when Flete pole dropped down from the HQ npc. I'm at 107.7 so I'll see soon if it caps at 108. I'm kind of hoping it does since 220k a synth on Flete poles is rough. They npc for 7kish and you can't desynth them. I've been doing them for almost four levels. >.<


    Edit: Flete Pole caps at 108. Nathushne is the only synth left. Each level I was hoping something new would pop up but it never happened. Seems I am capped on WW until SE adds new synths.

    Has anyone here had any success skilling alchemy? every recipe so far just does not have mats that exist mainly ethereal squama
    LS member did find that gold algol will go to 101, cheaper but still a no go mats just don't exist. I'm hoping somebody found something by now. but seems kinda bleak

    nice info ty! any idea on Lanner Bow? was added this update, BG wiki has it listed as expert and not listed by any of the 3 NPCs. Mats look fairly reasonable esp if its over 110.

    I believe Lanner Bow and vej(sp) wand were 101 or under. I remember seeing them under Veteren when I hit 101. At 100 I didn't check to see if they were there.
