if you just keep heading north you'll find all the loot in chests and like 10 people in the final boss room where the loot drops. there's even an achievement for ninja looting stuff from the floor

i now have all the achievements except the dying and damage taking ones and two secret ones at the end

secret ones are easyish, one is that huge fucking cave with all those different doors and the pattern, the other is the cake in the portal on the east side of the town starting area

Considering I am a grinder and not an achievement hunter, this lasted me about 5 minutes. Good ol' go north strategy.
