Been icing it/massaging it. Feels a bit better, but not much. Maybe I will be good to do everything I intended to do tomorrow, but I kind of doubt that.

Yeah, I might have a bath later. I seem to have found a couple trigger points and after a painful session with a lacrosse ball, I've got a much better ROM where I don't have pain.

How're you liking the bike? She's a beaut.
